I didn’t catch her name but the woman working there today saved me! I haven’t dyed my hair since December because.. life. And I was desperate to do my hair and I happened to have time today! She didn’t know this but I actually had been severely disappointed because I supposedly booked an appointment with a new hairstylist that was basically a no show. So I decided to do it myself! But then realized that taking care of my dark roots but still having red hair was going to be a task. I couldn’t wait any longer! So I asked for help and we actually picked out a color, she even tested the little hair away hair swatches on me and wrote instructions! Then recommended I not wait this long again lol. Thank you so so so much!

Been going there for years, and they have all been so helpful. Prices are awesome and great customer service. Also been 2 to 3 other stores they have in different locations, and awesome service and always have what I need.

Came here about 4 months ago looking for blue black Henna. The store was a mess with boxes and products everywhere. I thought maybe they had just opened or had a new shipment of inventory they were putting away so I wasn’t sure what to think. But when I asked the manager at the desk where I could find the product I was looking for in the store he was of no help. I found it but it was cheap and the results did not last. I decided to come back in recently now for just regular dye, and the store was still in the same state and a mess. Not to mention they never offer you gloves. There was a helpful nice lady. But the manager always acts annoyed and completely confused whenever you ask him something and it’s just not somewhere you have an easy time finding what you’re looking for.

Usually the service here is great. Today, I was waited 10 mins to be helped (in a practically empty store) when the gentleman who I'm assuming is one of the owners, finally got one of his employees to check on a product I wanted... she picked it out and handed the item intended for me to someone else. And Immediately walked away. Poor customer service is a NO for me. I'll go elsewhere.
