This is a small business, run by a husband and wife and we are lucky to have these experienced and seasoned bicycle professionals in our area. They are about as nice as it gets and they know bicycles big time. I take my Cannondale here every once in a while, and they take great care to get everything just right. My experience with this business – now, about five years – is a very good one, and I would urge anybody in the bicycle market to work with these folks rather than some of the larger chains.

Mark & Lori have a great family business. I have brought my ebike in several times, this time being for new tires, since the stock tires have always been a little narrow for the bike & dirt paths that I ride on. Mark worked with me and gave me a discount on some awesome Continentals that are a shade wider and a lot stronger. What a great ride. This place is great. It is right off of the Pacific Electric Trail which is very convenient to all who bike it! The customer service is awesome...i was helped by a Lady who was courteous, knowledgeable, and super kind and friendly. I picked up a nice little seat storage type pouch. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL ECONOMY...this place is awesome!

Absolutely terrible experience at this bike shop. My wife brought in two bikes for repairs and was quoted a certain price, but upon pickup, the final bill was significantly higher. Upon questioning the owner about this discrepancy, it became clear that he had taken advantage of her and overcharged her in an unethical and abusive way. The customer service was non-existent and the lack of integrity shown by the owner is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this shop to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a more trustworthy and fair bike shop.

Took my son's bike in for a set of tires and tubs. They gave me a great deal and the customer service is great. If you are a part time bicyclist or getting into it go here they are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I brought my Haibike e-bike into Mark in February to see if he can help with a very loud squealing disc brake system. After spending many hours checking out the existing system he bled the system try to adjust and finally replaced the rotors with new Shimano rotors. The system works great now and as usual Mark and Lori did a terrific job.

Very very nice people, husband and wife work as a team, they will help you any issues you may have.

I got a flat tire on the way home from work about 2 blocks from the shop. I walked in around 40 minutes before closing and they were willing to help me get the tire repaired right then and there! Top notch service and the entire staff was super friendly. I will definitely bring more of my bike business to them in the future!
