Very fun place here on University. Great Italian restaurant. Lovely outdoor space, nice indoor space. The staff is friendly and attentive. The wine list is nice. The food is extraordinary! Definitely not to be missed! My pictures are not the best, but I have seen many that are better.

The pizza at the bar is the best experience. Went with my uncle, aunt & gf. Had a great time.

Such an amazing place and food. Great and friendly service. We had an opportunity to have good discussion with the owner/manager, Jeff and heard about his heritage and family story. He was amazing to us and his staff were all friendly and professional.

The food here is phenominal. It is so delicious. Definitely an under rated spot. Everything was just amazing. I do regret getting the truffle feies though... because now whenever I get truffle fries anywhere else, they will be subpar to what they have here. The truffle fries are something you need to try. Staff is super friendly too. Amazing service.

Came with my family when dropping off my daughter to UCSD. The food was amazing! We had lasagna, Ceasar salad and pizza. It was so fresh and delicious. The atmosphere and service was also 5 stars. No complaints what so ever. We will for sure be back.

It's genuinely challenging to discover high-quality, delicious food in San Diego, and this place was a delightful surprise! The ambiance, service, and food were absolutely delicious. It felt like a dining experience in Europe, where they genuinely care about you enjoying your time. At the end of the dinner, the chef even came to check on us to see how we liked the food. Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in San Diego!

The pies were excellent. I got the classic Ny pepperoni and the Roman style margherita. The Roman style had the right texture and flavor that I would expect from that style. I thought maybe the dressing in the salad felt a little thin in flavor and although I appreciate a large portion, it was falling off the plate when I first started getting at it. Given how good the pizza was, I can’t take no points away for this; just honest feedback! Also, the brothers that own in are awesome and I love that their family has history in the pizza business (they have a giant picture of their father in the dining room). I will be back!

The food is so good and staff is solid. It’s a family business and you can tell. 3 of them were there on a Thursday night making sure everything was on point and delicious! Great vibe and great setting too. Ask to meet Jeff the owner and you will experience his passion in person as well as his food.
