Really upsetting, they messed up my order. I asked for a fresas con crema with just granola (because my wife is allergic). They yelled at the lady my order. Told her 3 times, only granola. She came out gave me my order and I apologized and told her ma'am I'm sorry I asked for it with only granola and cream, she yelled at me and said no you said no coco only and a lil bit of raisins. I told the cashier to please confirm my order. They confirmed I asked for my order with only granola. She went to the re did my order (or so I thought) because I said my wife is allergic. I received the order when I got home I noticed (since I always mix the fresas) that she kept the same order since there were like 8 raisins still in it. Thankfully I did, cus my wife could've collapsed on me. Allergies are nothing to play with. So I just wasted $16 because I had to throw them away and not take the risk. I'll leave 2 because they are great, but today played with my wife's life so... yeah.

Escamochas are great! Fresas con crema are my favorite, the downside is that sometimes it takes too long to get your order done and have to wait more thank 20 minutes to jet your order Othere than that food is delicious

I went to different places for Mexican snacks and this one felt the less fresh one. Food taste like it's been sitting for a week, even the raspado guys on the street have better taste.

I won't come again. The customer service is horrible. It is dirty and the sits are terrible. I definitely won't recommend people to come to this place.

I had the best meal today. I couldn't choose between tacos, mulitas and cheeseburger so my favorite was chamango!

The agua fresca and elotes at this snack shop were both really tasty. I mean you can try other places, but if your looking for Mexican flavor then look no further than here!

The place was big, and empty when I walked in. People started coming in, but there was nobody cooking. Finally, somebody started working on the orders. Just one person. They had my order ready, but did not give it to me right away. They had it there sitting. Because there was only one cook, the bread of my torta got burnt. When I got my order, the bread was hard. The rest of the cooks came back, but they were working soooo slowly, and taking their time to serve the orders. Totally bad service. Do not recommend.

This place has good raspados, but the burgers and the tacos are below average, there is only one cashier and it took a while to get my order also the place is messy.

I like pretty much everything on the menu... The prices are good too! But what i like the most is the friendly customer service this place offers. Everyone is super cool at las Palmitas! Thank you

la torta cubana at las palmitas fruit is really taste i love they near downey and i dont have to travel far to get a really good mexican torta.

You can always find a crowd here, but it's worth the wait. The typical Hispanic cravings are delicious and they have an awesome Agua Frescas program with tons of different flavors to choose from! Their corn esquite is also very tasty, great place to visit

Wanted a quick burger afterwork, sign says they close at 9 but called 8:36 and told me they closed at 8:30 and wouldn't take my order. Not the only person this has happened to, told my friend and same thing has happened to them multiple times in person. Why stay open if you're not going to take orders? Aaaand they're stingy with the green sauce!

Come to las palmitas for the best late-night bites in town! I love coming here after a night out. The food is delicious and you can taste all of your favorite Mexican dishes; it's perfect if you're looking for something filling but not too heavy or greasy, like my friend Andy used to say about his mom’s cooking when we were little kids (and still does).

The breakfast here is really good. We had the chilaquiles, and some pancakes The menu isn't large but it sure does hit all your basic needs - which makes me happy because who doesn’t love starting off on an enjoyably note?

The food is good but they ALWAYS manage to get something on the order wrong. Either they don't pay attention to what you order or they do it on purpose. They also need to bring back the nachos.
