This park is run by a select few that have the ear of the owner and it is very run down. The pool and the spa have never been replastered the exercise room has been taken away completely. And any and all improvements are passed on to the occupants. And they are not compliant with the ADA laws. Some occupants abandon their mobile homes just to get away from the noisy neighbors and The Politics. I don't recall the turnover rate of the Mobile Home Park Managers but they will only tolerate so much and they quit and move on. Some park residents are allowed special exceptions while others are written up for minor violations of the park space rules. If you are not one of the select group you are not going to like this park!

I have lived here for 2 yrs. and love it! The rent is affordable and people are very nice and it's super quiet, I have nothing bad at all to say about it. :)

Very well kept and quite. My mom has lived here for a few years and loves it.

My grand parents moved here a few years ago, and absolutely love it.

Nice quite retirement community. Lots of amenities.

Great place to live

Lived here since 2012 and had several relatives that have lived here as well. This is a nice little mobile home park. It's conveniently located to grocery and shopping.

One of the few parks that allow all Ages.

Clean and quiet... but close to freeway too.

This is a nice clean park, people are very friendly.
