Had a lovely birthday meal there. Great selection and love their lobster and artichoke dip appetizer and lobster bisque.

Unfortunately, it was not a good night for our server, Daniel. He appeared to be too busy to give good service. From the beginning, we waited quite a while before another server brought us our bread and apologized for the wait. Our server finally came and we ordered. The food was decent and my friend got the endless shrimp, but because Daniel was so inattentive , she didn't get to have any more. I needed to ask a bus person for a box, because Daniel was MIA, and by then, we were over trying to pretend we had a server, so we paid via the table kiosk. It's too bad because I usually have great experiences at Red Lobster, but sadly this was not one of them.

Been passing this place for at least 20 years, and finally oaid a visit today. Friendly staff and delicious food. Won't wait for another 20 years to visit this place again. 😂 04/23/2023: came here for the endless shrimps for $20 deal. Had shrimp skewers, scampi/walnut/coconut shrimps. Great deal. Probably won't miss shrimp for a long time.

We had dinner here after we found out they were giving a 25% discount for rewards members. Plus, they don't charge a corkage fee so we brought our own bottle of wine! The food and service was outstanding!

Dinner with my friend, Lisa always fun hanging out with her. One of our favorite places is Red Lobster. It's been a long time since I've visited this area. It used to be home.

I invited family to eat here 4 Memorial Day 2022. We were disappointed when we arrived, we were told that they only had three servers and the waiting time was a few hours they could not tell us exactly how many hours. I understand times are different today than they were two years ago but I tried to avoid this by calling a day in advance and giving them notice. I can't rate the food because we didn't stay for the long wait. Perhaps their food is very good here, I would like to find out and give them another opportunity at a different time. Hopefully you'll have a pleasant dining experience and will post something positive about this location that will convince me to come back soon.

Worst curbside service! Waited more than an hour past my time for pick up and apparently they were waiting for biscuits. Food was extremely cold when it arrived and was definitely not worth the wait. Guess for those of us being courteous and keeping our germs away from others would have been better off going in the restaurant to receive mediocre food table side instead. Where did service and good food go!

It was horrible the waitress that took care of us didn't have good customer service. She was very rude we were sitting by the bar and she had a attitude I asked for lemons it seem like it bother her . She took forever giving us refills. I asked for the check and she said it's on the table tablet. She had black long hair in a pony tail and wear a lot of make up she didn't even tell us her name. The food was delicious and the manager and host were very friendly . I don't ever want her to be our waitress again . Need to train staff to be more friendly because we are the ones bringing business to the restaurant.

manager was extremely rude. not sure what her problem is, but won't return until she's gone !!! our waiter was very good, but obviously understaffed which was not his fault. service was painfully slow, probably trying to save money on staff.

The food is good. Had the surf and turf. Lobster tail and steak. The restaurant is a little dark. Don't know why they keep it at such a low light. Makes you feel like your eyesight is going, especially after a long day at work. Wish they would turn up the lights a little more. Otherwise it's ok for a now and then place to eat.

Good customer service. Our waiter was great. Let us know in advance that they were short staffed,so the wait would be longer than normal. We weren't in a hurry, so we didn't mind the wait. The food was good.

Our server Dan, did a great job. Very helpful. The food was good. The atmosphere was very good considering it was playoff Sunday. Price was reasonable. Enjoyed and will return. But be warned, they can get very busy.

The service was absolutely fantastic! 💪 However, I think the kitchen could use some extra help in the back (seemed busy and short staffed when arrived) to make sure all food dishes are tended to and no seafood is overcooked. 💪🙂 overall great food and experience, thank you! Our server Nolan was amazing, very busy but still managed time for each table he was looking after. Thank you!

Yesterday my boyfriend and I sat by the bar in nolans section. We ordered the langostino pizza, the salmon lobster and shrimp platter, and the lobster linguini. Nolan recommended we try the linguini with Cajun and it was a delicious recommendation. Nolans service was prompt and professional. We met elvyia from the kitchen and were so thankful for the delicious food she helped to prepare. Definitely will be returning We were very happy with our visit the food and service was outstanding.

It was great. The food, the ambiance, the waiter, Chris. We got seated right away, food served still warm and looked very appetizing. We got a delicious dessert. I only asked for an extra scoop of ice cream over the brownie for my wife and I to share and we got more than two scoops with icing and fudge with 4 spoons to share with 2 other friends. That was fantastic. The waiter, Chris, made our anniversary celebration special. I am happy and fully satisfied. Red Lobster! Definitely a winner for dining. Coming back soon at this Brea Mall location.

I signed in through app open table. Still waited 10 to 15 min. Busy, but not crowded. Our server was a little rush, but got our order right. Food mashed potatoes warm, scallops warm, and biscuits a little undercooked and seasoned very lite. We will take a break from Red Lobester for couple off months.

This is my go to spot now. The staff is super attentive and very kind to us every single time. We never have to wait long and if we do the service makes up for it. The food is delicious every time and seems to get better with each visit. Huge shoutout to all the servers who go above and beyond to make our visit as pleasant as possible.

Whenever I travel to USA, I make a bee line for a Red Lobster franchise. Some of their dishes are a bit on the oily side but their boiled crab legs are to die for.

The food is good, typical Red Lobster. Getting drinks is difficult. During are last few visits, it takes forever to get our drinks. There never seems to be a bartender and when someone does start making drinks, we are told the bar is backlogged. Today we canceled our drink order because we had already started eating. We just had water. Terribly managed and a loss for Red Lobster. The hostess wasn't welcoming at all. Our server was nice but didn't stop by our table enough. We ordered endless shrimp. We found ourselves finished with our serving then having to wait 5-10 minutes for our next shrimp order. Maybe that's Red Lobsters way of controling the amount of shrimp their customer's order (the server not stopping by enough and having to wait between servings). Also, when we were deciding our side which come with endless shrimp, the server made suggestions. When we received the bill the sides suggested by the server were an extra cost. It was only $8 more but as a courtesy the server should have mentioned the upcharge. We are a rewards member but I think I'm done with Red Lobster, at least the Brea location.

Used to go here for 2 lb of snow crab. Now that $30 meal costs $60. One and a half pounds just isn't enough to fill up so you buy a bunch of extras and hope for the best. The Lobster Dip was a great appetizer. My son got all you can eat shrimp but after the first round decided it was just too salty and just didn't want to eat anything else there at all. I'm sure for three of us it was well over $100 in considering we had to individually ask for every thing at the table the experience this time was overpriced. I'm less impressed every time we go so I can't imagine we'll be going back anytime soon. Maybe they'll get a management facelift and turn over a new Leaf but for the prices, it should have been better.

A nice place if looking for decent food in a quiet environment. I admire the attempt of the restaurant to produce that "New England" feel. There are pictures of lighthouses and an aquarium of lobsters that gives the impression that this franchise eatier is different than others. Service was fast and friendly. I appreciated the hostess that sat us near the window and away from large parties which was nice and added to the enjoyment of our dinner. Our server David was attentive to our needs.

I received a $50 gift card for my birthday. So my granddaughter and I went to lunch, so we could get better prices, we simply had 2 modest meals, both had iced tea. Our meal was well over $50, just for lunch. Since covid, all the restaurants have had to raise their prices, but, to me the prices for a mid-range restaurant were too high.

Always a nice place to celebrate our anniversary. However, the cod fish portion was thin, fried 'til it was tough as shoe leather on the ends. The rest of the meal was delicious, as always. Couldn't give you 5 ✨️ this time.
