    To the manager who wasn't in yet: YOUR OFFICE LOST A SALE AND YOUR STAFF DIDNT CARE. I didn't go back because the customer service was HORRIBLE. FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING. I asked for a certain product and the woman there said it was out of stock. Okay cool, no problem. What started to bother me and my boyfriend was that your staff was shooing us away with application in our hands to come back later. We had questions about the product and your staff was just okay with "i dont know, you can come back later when the manager is here" I also was by the counter filling out the application and a male moving product was basically telling me to get out of the way. Then told me to move over so he can get by. His tone bothered me and eventually I just decided to throw away the application and not come back. If this is how your store is being managed when you're away I'm positive I am not the first customer to decide to go to another competitor Who actually had a very helpful staff without the managers supervision. Retrain your whole staff to actually care about their job and your store's business.

    I recently ordered a sectional sofa, got delivered today and I got home from work to inspect it as anyone should if you are paying almost 2 thousand on a set. The chair had a tear in the arm, the leg is bent back and was assembled wrong. The sofa had 4 sharp nails poking out just under the cushion a hazard for my kids, imagine having to go to the ER for stitches. Called and spoke to Fred he said it was a “manufacture error and it’s not going to be 100 percent” the Velcro to keep the cushion from sliding we’re not aligned so they did not grab. Very rude customer service after I emailed him pictures of the product. Horrible, if you order from them please check your furniture for sharp nails that was my main concern and tears, don’t waste your hard earned money on not good product.

    Although I have yet to actually deal with the staff here, it’s extremely frustrating how long this order is taking to arrive. We ordered a TV because ours went out, it’s been nearly 2 weeks (January 25th is when I ordered the TV) and we still have yet to receive anything but a confirmation email. At this point I’m thinking it would have been much easier to just buy a new TV because we have been without since January 25th... it’s getting really frustrating, and no one can give us any solid information as why it’s taking this long to receive the ordered products. Definitely won’t be referring anyone here as of now, as I myself will most likely cancel my order as of today if nothing else changes and go buy a new TV instead. Extremely frustrating.

    I wouldn't even give them 1 star... The employee's are not professional they have made mistakes on payments. They will take payments out of your account even if you already paid them. They charge you late fees for there mistakes. The managers are not professional they are just plain dumb!!!

    The Pico Rivera location is terrible. I've been a customer for years and have never felt so harassed by management. Managers constantly calling, people showing up in the middle of the night is ridiculous. So glad that Rent a Center understands my situation and has been more then fair and willing to work with me.

    Pico Rivera store is the worst. I have had so many bad experience with that store. I was a loyal customer with this store and once I paid off whatever I purchased, the manager was awful. I will never shop there again

    This location is terrible. They harass their customers constantly. I recieve at least 5 phone calls every day. They come to my house late at night (between 9pm -10pm) always claiming I have missed payments, even though my account is up to date. When I explaine this and show prof of payment they become aggressive and never apologize for the inconvenience. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never shop with them again once my account is closed .

    Best place to rent furnitured...Staff was excellent, especially Fred handled my account with professionalism and customer service friendly I like..Got to send Kudos on keeping this customer happy.....thank you again / Clemente Delgado satisfied customer!!
