First time visit for me and my kids... The girls where really welcoming and really nice... time of wait was fast really professional... Doctor was really nice and also professional... I for sure will be coming back!!! THANK u all health care!!!

They do not accept medi-cal I just wish they would've mentioned something about not accepting all insurance types when I called before heading over. The service was quick though with checking in and it didn't seem to have any wait time. Definitely clean.

It was excellent, especially the lady at the reception, who supported you in everything. The only thing I didn't like is that there are so many people coming for a patient, only one person per child can come in and eat, the waiting room is very small, the person who is going to come in stays outside and those who are not going to come in stay left. occupying the room. But for everything else I really liked it

I brought my 13 year old son into your urgent care concern over an ear infection he had. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge from the staff. I especially was greeted with amazing patient customer service by Rosario who approached us in a gentle and caring way. This is unusual in these settings, this is why I find it important to acknowledge the excellence in service from your urgent care. I also was impressed with the quick attention given and the cleanliness of the clinic. I will definitely refer anyone I know who is in dire need of Medical assistance, knowing they will be in good hands. Kudos to your staff. Thank you.

Took my daughter in on Sunday and the front staff were all very welcoming, the Nurse and the Doctor were just so nice and made my daughter very comfortable. I was a happy mom knowing how well they took care of my daughter.

The staff and Doctor was so very nice and helpful. The staff listened and made sure I felt better about my visit, and addressed all my questions and concerns. I am so very glad to have this office near my residence. I will always choose this office and refer friends and relatives to this site. Excellent customer service from the doctor to his staff. Took my daughter as a Walk-in late Sunday morning. Wait was not long at all and the care and attentiveness from everyone on staff was wonderful. It’s a great comfort knowing they’re there so close to home and that they provide top-notch service. Great team of people!!

This is the first time going to an urgent care… it is better than going to the emergency room. Great service and I appreciate the fast service, my questions were answered. The staff so polite and welcoming.. it is not far from home.. I really recommend this urgent care. Now I know where I can take my kids when it’s an emergency or can’t take them in

It is fair for me to come to this Clinic because they treat us as their own and they are very kind, they treat us very well, the Clinic made a few arrangements and in the same clinic they have a pharmacy and this clinic is always very busy. And I hope they keep it up and always be nice to people.

I had a bad fall spraining my ankle and banging my knee. Thought both were broken. the nurse and X-ray tech did a wonderful job. She was thorough, thoughtful and gentle. the PA was knowledgeable. One flat fee with my co-pay that was affordable.

Just left. This place is awesome. Super clean. All staff members are really nice. I’ve been to an Urgent Care center before that was kind of dirty and when I called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance, the front office didn’t verify correctly and was actually not accepted. Not here! I was a walk-in and the very nice woman verified the insurance within minutes. I filled out the intake forms on my phone and was taken back very quickly by another super nice staff member. The PA was very professional and knowledgeable and felt like he cared about patient’s wellbeing. Hopefully I won’t need to be back but if I do, will stop by! Hours are also very convenient.

The receptionist was very kind and took the time to help me find a pharmacy that was on the trip back home. The wait was pleasant and was very kind and put me at ease after she checked my ear out. Everyone was very nice and I would definitely recommend going to this location.

Usually had no problems and enjoyed the service at this location until today. My young child was sick and I was turned away because I was told the provider working today did not see children under 13 at all. This is so disappointing because now it’s a hit or miss if I need to bring in my kids.

Dr Gertch took care of me and my daughter's in grown toe nail issue. My daughter is bad with doctors. She cries, screams, yells, all of the above you can think of. He was patient with us and we were able to calm her down and the operation went smooth. As for me he was great, let me know when the shot was coming and explained to me everything that was going on and how to avoid this happening again. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

All Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and felt like they actually care. The wait was minimum. checking in was super easy and efficient. The clinic is very clean. Totally recommend! They take the time to actually hear your concerns and don't rush you.

Super great place. Took my daughter here to get tested for covid as a precaution and they were really great. My daughter freaks out for everything and the nurse guy was really nice and funny and made her feel comfortable. The doctor was also very nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

Never been to an ER. First time going to an Urgent care and honestly it was a great pleasure going there. Quick application for first timer. Got called quick and seen quick by the doctor. Nurse was super nice 😊 excellent 🤩

I had a great experience at UrgentMed. I injured my eye, and was concerned the damage was worse than typical. The provider I saw was fantastic. She wanted me to see an opthomolgist, but I hadn't had any luck getting urgent treatment at an opthomolgist. She called herself and found an appointment for me. The entire visit was just wonderful, starting with the receptionist, then the nurse, the the provider I saw. Just great, professional, compassionate people! I am grateful and impressed.

This morning I was here, the truth is, I have been here for two years, always being very well cared for by Dr. López, and his assistants had never told me that my insurance did not pass and in such a rude and unkind way, well, I don't think I will return if they are people who care, they would have I have to be more kind, by the way, for the guy with the earring who almost drove me out of the office, but thank you. Maybe the doctor is an excellent person.

Just left, and I was very happy with my visit, Wasn’t sure if I broke my foot/ toes. The entire staff was so sweet, and the doctor really took the time to look at my xrays/ explain everything to me. Lovely visit! Thanks so much for your hard work!

The staff was excellent!!! They all were very friendly and had a great sense of teamwork. The Nurse Practitioner was very diligent with me case and was dedicated to seeing me through my issue. Highly recommend this Urgentmed!

Saw a few good reviews, took my chance and decided to do a walk in for a physical check. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Doc was super nice, calmed the nerve and anxiety. Really listens to you, felt comfortable to talk about my issues, helps you out and very smart. Over all had a great experience and will be coming back.

Probably the only decent healthcare place in Huntington Park. Everything else around HP is trash. This place actually looks nice and is very well taken care of. The doctor was very smart and figured out what was wrong right away while other places failed to do so. Everyone there was really nice and the nurse that attended me was very sweet and patient. I'd go again. Hopefully I won't have to 😂 Recommended 10/10.

I wasn't feeling well and needed to go to an Urgent Care, but didn't want to go to just any one. I saw that Huntington Park Urgent Care had great reviews, so I decided to come here. I understand why they basically have 5 stars. The clinic itself is clean and comfortable, but what makes this a 5 star location is the staff. All the people there were very nice and treated me well. I felt comfortable and felt like they actually cared. Dr. Jonathan Delgado was great, asked the right questions and explained his thoughts about what he considered the issue well. Hopefully I don't need to, but if so I'll come back here. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you all!

First time coming here and im so happy i found it, employees r the best super friendly i was so nervous and the girl gave me water and calm me down. Dr was so nice and he explained everything he was going to with my son. I really recommend it. I didnt wait for so long like other places , they take forever and they let u die waiting😊

I came in on Sunday Sept. 25th 2022. My eye was hurting so much and was so red as well as having light sensitivity. I looked up on Google for urgent care places and I found this hidden gem. I had a driver drive me to this location and I literally filled out 2 short pages of paperwork and gave them my insurance card and with 2 minutes of giving them the paperwork I got called to the back to be seen by the doctor. I got help and was seen right away. I never been to a place where I got the help I needed so quickly. I usually have to wait 2-3 hours for walk ins elsewhere and I spend two minutes in this lobby and was seen right away and got the help I need. I'm beyond happy with the service the girls in the front desk did, as well as the doctor. I'm extremely happy they got my back when I needed help urgently. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it. This is literally the best urgent care location I have ever been to. Quickest service, no wait time, knowledgeable doctor and friendly staff that helps you thru every step of the way.

Great service, quick and efficient I arrived with my mother and in less than 5 minutes we were in a room. The doctor was a charm and very attentive to our concerns. They even called the next day to check. Great service highly recommended
