The place is unnecessarily hyped and overpriced. It absolutely not worth it. Don’t be fooled by some fake reviews and bouncers outside. It’s a super noisy dance floor with tables, and families eating. We paid a cover and regretted the moment we walked in. They have a so called restaurant space, You walk though on oily staircase to get to the restaurant space on top with dirty plates lying Ambiance, what ambience. It’s worst than a gurgaon ahata. the food tastes like some some road side Chinese place. Poor acknowledgment for paying customers, and overpriced menu. We walked out with bottles of sodas and water to take value for our covers and gave to people on street. What a horrible experience

Good Chinese/Japanese restaurant, you can get various type of dishes present in Japanese cuisine and it tastes good but not like the original, the ramen for instance were good but the noodles used weren't wheat made but instead rice made.. i highly recommend the prawn tempura, they were really good. Ambiance and place is nice (a little bit too much sound from dj side). Cost wise around 1k to 1.5k for two, probably less if you take only main dishes. Hard drink is available for those who want ^^'

This is only REGARDING VEGETARIAN choices on the table. Have given 3 stars because of the ambiance, location and some foods. The food is overpriced to be honest, and the food tastes okay, which is not very much satisfactory for such high price. The charge of a 1 litre water bottle is Rs 55 which seems outrageous. Overall the ambiance was good, suggested to couples who can sit for long period of time, people who spend without thinking.

What a vibe! The cocktails are pretty tasty. The dance floor, DJ, music, lights and tadty cocktails all let you enjoy your time her. The bartender is very talented and never misses to present his bartending skills if you ask for it!

A place that hidden away in the lanes of white town, but welcomes you with flaming red as a dragon as you enter. Portion sizes are big and value for money. Nawin ,our steward and host took care of excellently and provided a good insight into the foods as well.

Bumped into this place via Google suggestions on bars and restopubs around Pondi French Colony. The place looks silent from outside with just a guy standing outdoors for charging entry. Couple entry is 1500/- and assuming stags are 1000/- which is covered. First floor has dining and sheesha, ground floor has dining and dance floor. We were pretty early to the place and reached by 8 pm and it was a lousy environment on a Saturday night. Gradually the place started filling in and the stage was set for dancing. Food was okay, but the booze was hell pricey. A pint costed 500 bucks just bcoz its covered does not mean you charge triple from the wine store. Food prices were fine, but service was very slow. If you have better pub options, may be this one can be skipped or bump into this place post 11 pm when the crowd would be in full dance mood as its open until 1 AM. Overall, 3/5 to the place..

A happening place in pondy which is resto bar. The ambience was pretty much decent where you can have a seperate dining place upstairs and a dj mixed bar on the ground floor. You can find a separate smoking area as well. We tried some japanese and asian cuisines. Since i tried Ramen for the first time i personally didnt like it😅 Other dishes was Ok in taste wise and it was a little expensive.

A cute little pub and restaurant. It have seperate dining area in 1 st floor which gives us Chinese restaurant vibe and and dance floor and brewary area is pretty good. Food and breweries are worthy to buy.

Tight space is the word. Ground floor houses a tiny dance floor where at a time only 10 people can dance. First floor has space to eat but it lacks decor n style. The people managing the place are great and proactive. Food taste was ok. We had Thai red curry but were charged extra for the rice. Pandan chicken tasted good but was not convinient to eat. Place is overpriced and overhyped. Entry price was 2000 per couple and 2000 for stag. It is redeemable in food n drink purchase.

Best place for nightlife in Pondicherry please please go. Stalin is an amazing host. The bar is great. Please go on weekends. Great prawns. Try brownie with icecream

Restropub in white town. They have a wide variety of cocktail and mock tail menu. Their food menu comprises mainly of Chinese and it tastes very nice. One of the best Chinese food out there!

Was a random choice for lunch. Ordered a Chicken Sizzlers and Honey Chilli Potato. Both of these where amazing, kinda felt full. Also oredered Chicken & Prawn Siumai which was not as good as expected it to be. Felt kinda blant and the fillings was okay but still not good as i expected. But the other 2 dishes made up for it. They where really good.

Good ambience, good food. I tried the chicken Dim sums, exceeded my expectations - definitely worth a try. And I couldn't try the fried ice cream, but I've heard that's one of their amazing desserts. Did have their Mud pie - absolutely mouth watering. Also had two kinds of fried rice - they were also amazing. Must try their fried rice dishes too!

I visited this Pub in Whitetown last month. Per head 1000 rs charges which is covered. I got some difficulties there to get a place to sit. The staff is a bit lazy and not enough to serve everyone. Then the crowd was also not up to the mark. So it was like a normal visit. I don't recommend this much... but Way to fly is much better than this.

So we went on a Saturday night and we were accomodated. As expected it was crowded. The entry for me and my friend (2girls) was 1000 which was redeemable and we did too. Coming to the vibe, i hava a mixed opinion. The place was made really well. The lighting, dance floor, the ambience was perfect. BUT im not sure if that was a thing for that day only, but the song selection wasn't the best. Like the dj could look at the crowd and play. But still it was fine. Minus one for the music

Flaming Dragons on La Bourdonnais St, White Town, Puducherry, came highly recommended by a local friend, but it left much to be desired. The eerie entrance set the tone for an underwhelming experience, especially considering the steep per-head cover charge of 1000 INR. Unfortunately, neither the ambience, service, food, nor the crowd lived up to expectations. We ordered sushi teriyaki chicken, crispy prawn in orange sauce, and chicken basil gravy with ginger rice. Among them, the sushi teriyaki chicken stood out as the highlight of our meal, with its delightful flavors and presentation. However, the subpar service left us feeling dissatisfied. While the ambience was decent, it doesn't make up for the overall disappointment. I wouldn't strongly recommend this place. Best Chinese restaurant in town. Hands down. The dishes are perfectly cooked with such a fine balance in flavors which one rarely encounters in most Chinese dishes. And bonus is their highly skilled bartender who can make amazing cocktails. Must visit spot.

The ambience and food are good. We have ordered sweet lemonade, crispy sweet corn, burned garlic rice and Hakka noodles these 3 food items are on point. But we also have ordered pan-fried dim sum and it tastes worst. And service is so slow. After receiving lemonade and crispy sweet corn it will take 45 minutes to get the next order After asking them they have served the main course and after the main course they have served dim sums after more than 10-15 minutes, and that was the worst. Overall some food dishes are great but service is not so great.

I went to flaming dragons with my family for lunch, the ambience and vibe of the place is a 10/10. On the pricing part, it's a little on the pricy side but the quality of the food is SUPREME. We ordered pad thai, red chicken w rice, noodles and alot more( do get the combo which has red chicken curry with rice. It's value for money and tastes SO GOOD!), the dishes did take sometime to come but the taste was FIRE! piping hot, flavourful dishes. And as it was mother's Day, MR. Naveen, got us their signature mud pie ice cream and it's HEAVEN. Never had a better mud pie before. Thank you and kuddos to Naveen and his whole staff for giving us such a great experience.

Exploring late-night options led us to this place, one of the few places still buzzing with activity. Now, there's a cover charge of Rs 1500 per person, but rumor has it that couples and ladies might catch a break on that. While it might lean towards the pricier side, let me tell you, it's worth every penny. The food? Spectacular! We dove into a plethora of dishes, embracing both familiar and new flavors. The drink selection is equally impressive, and for the cherry on top, they offer hookah. Trust me, trying it was an unforgettable experience. The grand total for our trio adventure? Rs 6287 – an evening well spent. Tho dance floor was small.
