Photos are misleading, photography done masterfully to show the property to be comfortable. Animal cages have windows, but this place has no windows. Families can stay away and thank me later.

i had taken reservation in clean trip!! they are asking extra amount for small strain!! no proper towels and soaps and other things room! if u dont pay extra amount!! some rowdy will come very rude behaviour by staff!! disappointed thing in Pondy😑😑😨😨

Good for a cheap price. Rooms are small but well furnished. Good working AC. Average bathroom. Staff is helpful. Location is close to the market but far from seashore.

I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The room is average, but no complains. The place is located 1km away from the beach and white town. The people at reception were helpful and suggested nearby places to visit. But the owner of the place was not co-operative. We had asked them to give a checkout room for freshen up as our return train was at 9pm. He was so arrogant and was asking for Rs. 1000 for half an hour.

First thing owner is very rude...he didn't allow us untill check in time...we were traveling from very long place but they didn't allow us... It's very horrible place there is no near by hotels...Ac is very bad... No clean toilets and badsheets are not washed properly...

Had got this hotel by upgrade by the cleartrip agent. They charged heavily on the rooms just because it was vacation season, however I checked out within a day though the booking was two days. I'm sure in general days this hotel would be very cheap price. Cleaning service was also given only asking two three times. AC stinks badly and makes the room suffocating as there is no proper ventilation in ground n first floor. Not recommended even if traveling solo. Far better options available than this. @owner: sir, as you are aware, I had checked out earlier and belive me I got better hotel near the Gandhi statue, for almost half (3500rupees) the rate you gave your hotel room (7000rupee).so please dont excuse behind the reason of New year and festival time high rates. I stayed here for 3 days and my experience was pretty good.Rooms are very normal.Dont expect anything fancy.But They are decent enough to stay in a tourist place.The owner was very helpful and helped me to plan the itenary also.He speaks English so I didn't face any problem.He also introduced me to the bike rentals (Diwakar bike rentals) which again was a pleasant experience.I would definitely recommend you this place if you are planning your trip on a budget and need no fancy stuff in the stay.

Rooms were soo small and awful. Ac and Tv was not in working condition. No cleanliness in towel and in bathroom. Bathroom sink was broken and even toilet seat were also broken and the receptionist man was not even polite. We extended the stay for 6 hours but he keep on asking us to pay money before check-out and he overcharged for 6 hours also they were ranging the door bell often in late night, it was soo disturbing. I won't recommend this place to stay when you wanted to have a peaceful holiday.

Not co-operative at all. We booked a deluxe room for 6 people. They didn't provide much of the things beforehand. You need to buy water can there..That was new for me. We wanted 1 hour early check in but owner was not co-operative in that regard...Due to rain our clothes got wet.but there were no hanger or anything like that.Place is quite for sure. Room was clean. Beds were okayish

I would suggest to not to choose this hotel , staff is not available to provide service , rooms are worst they displayed wrong image , bathroom are very small and lot of cockroach , doesn't provide water bottle , charges lot according to service

We stayed here for 2 days, it's located near to rock beach and white town. Staff was really helpful and friendly, Comfort place and worth for money, I would recommend this hotel to stay.

Just ok - room was decent (clean) but had mosquitoes that bit all night, however the real issue was the staff. They gave us a hard time for checking in, asking for paperwork that no one else in Tamil Nadu had asked for. We wanted to extend for a day and they kept changing the price to extend… at one point we heard them try to open the door while we were inside. We stayed because we had already made our plans but would not stay again.

Rooms are not properly ventilated and not clean, had a bad smell. Staffs are helpful and courteous; they changed our room immediately after we raising a complaint regarding peculiar smell.

Got 4 member room at 2.8K Clean Room but has a Musty smell .. something awkward. Geyser, Wifi ,TV facilities are available here Service is bad ,they are providing only 1L drinking water (Bottle) . If we want extra extra drinking water we need to pay🙄.

Couldn't have found a perfect in town (where everything is within 4 kms area) and a decent stay with no complaints. Only problem noticed is the rooms do not have ventilation... So would not recommend for family but for friends trip it's more than enough... Do book from goibibo or something else to get good deals

Nice hotel, stay was very pleasant, owner was very co operative and let us stay for 4 hours after check out time. Calm place. Provided water bottles and room had excellent ac ,clean toilet and hot water round the clock(geyzer).

3 star average hotel. Bathrooms are small, staff are helpful but you need to ask them to clean your room and change sheets if you want it. Beds are ok and AC is fantastic. Nothing special though.

Decent budget stay at the heart of the city. Clean and tidy with all the basic amenities available as mentioned. However after multiple stays it was noticed that their AC remotes never have charge in it which is irritating kinda. However the best part about them is they don't rush you into checking out which is really really appreciated.

We got the room on ground floor, no ventilation, suffocating atmosphere. No window or exhaust fan in washroom. No car parking, need to park on road!

Nothing was out of place, cool decor, good service, great maintenance. Still rating only 4 because of location. It is tucked in a cramped street, they say in pondicherry it is normal, but it is still not nice. There is master switch in reception for water heater and AC, which is weird, but most lodge does it so not deducting any points.
