Last week I visited croma store urapakkam branch. It's nice experience to buy the TV. They are giving very good service. And the price range is very lower than other retailers. An also have a parking facility. Over all good experience.

Visited this branch of Croma to buy a large screen TV. They have a fairly good collection of TVs and the staff were very cooperative explaining about the features. Starting from the premium range to their own brand Croma TV, one can select as per their requirement. They are offering excellent financial options too. While walking around, I tested a few sound bars, tower speakers etc. At every place, staff were helping with a smiling face. Keep it up Croma.

Initially I went here just to get quotation and compare with other retailers but their service was very impressive . Customer handling was also good but it could be better ! Many new arrivals are available. Anand , Selva lakshmi & Karthik attended us nicely. Recommendable electronic store !

do not buy your products from this store, they dont provide you with right information during the perchase and their service is the worst. I had brought 2 products here, 1 is AC and other is a speaker. For AC once the perchase was done, the installation took almost 3 days. And they were not even bothered to check on it. i mean online is much faster.

Visited store to buy kitchen chimney, staffs explained about the product very well. They have good collection from different brands. Customer service is impressive, overall happy with the product and service.

We bought Faber Chimney, LG A/C and Kent RO at Croma Urapakkam. The chimney function was well explained by the staff. RO and AC features were also explained well. They have also assisted with the installation and installation was done on the expected date and time. I have exchanged my old A/C and the exchange rate was reduced on the bill amount itself. Overall nice experience and quite good varieties of all Home appliances.

I went 4 days ago to buy a soundbar in the evening and I felt sooo bad all the staff was just busy with ther mobile and there was only one staff explaining about the TV to one coustomer not a single person approached me asking me what I want and ther was very few coustomers in the shop I went and just seeing all the soundbar and walked out and decided not to step in to Croma worst place

We had visited Croma yesterday to purchase a few large appliances. Bhuvanesh helped us and provided excellent support and service. I had rated Croma poor last year because of bad service and after sales support I received. But, we were surprised by the excellent improvement in service this time. Keep up the good work. 🙂

I have enquired for HP pavilion, the store price was 2k higher than the croma online price, the sales person didn't mentioned abt the online price and forcing on the store price. Later he agreed for online price and said the installation need to be handled by buyer which looks very strange to me. And for installation additional price was demanded, I got tired with all tricks tried to get additional money so I dropped my plan to buy the laptop here in this store.

Nice store with good ambiance and welcoming people. We have visited there many times and purchased few items and experience was good. The store is very well maintained and all the things are explained clearly by the staff. The price is also affordable and service is good. Overall a very good store at Urappakkam.

I brought Croma Google tv on Croma. Good Customer Service on there side. On 24 Hours I received the tv as well as the installation. Installation also free including wall mount to and they charging for delivery 100rs. As per TV good sound quality and visual quality. They offering 2.5% for Tata employees. 1000rs offer for buying more then 15K products. Fast customer service. ✌✌

Came here to buy Philips Air Fryer, the store is quite big and has good parking space. The appliances are arranged in a great way and there are like wide collections too... Good attending staff, they even waited for me since I already called them about the purchase. Very good experience over all and a good product.
