We
were
very
disappointed
with
the
food
and
service
that
we
received
at
Sitara
Family
Restaurant.
The
restaurant
is
spacious
with
A/C
and
has
the
option
to
be
seated
in
the
garden
in
the
evening.
It
has
a
nice
ambience
and
is
decently
clean.
We
had
to
wait
10-15
mins
to
be
seated
and
we
started
our
meal
with
the
starters,
which
were
all
very
spicy
and
oily.
The
curries
and
roti
took
forever
to
arrive,
and
when
they
did,
they
were
just
okay.
The
rice
dishes
that
we
ordered
never
arrived,
and
we
were
left
waiting
for
over
an
hour
with
our
dried
out
spoons
and
hands
looking
towards
the
kitchen.
When
it
arrived
vegetarian
biryani
was
the
best
of
all.
The
service
was
also
very
slow
and
unresponsive.
We
had
to
repeatedly
try
to
gain
the
attention
of
our
server,
and
even
then,
he
was
often
dismissive
and
unhelpful.
I
asked
the
lady
at
the
counter
about
the
delay
and
she
said
that
their
master
chefs
had
left
for
the
day
and
they
were
short-staffed.
I
understand
that
things
can
happen,
but
this
is
not
the
kind
of
response
I
would
expect
from
a
highway
restaurant
that
is
expected
to
serve
crowds
throughout
the
day.
Also,
this
restaurant
seems
to
be
popular
for
locals
with
non-vegetarian
items.
I
also
noticed
that
the
non-vegetarian
dishes
were
served
faster
than
the
vegetarian
dishes.
They
are
out
of
basic
things
like
onions,
lime
and
napkins.
Prices
seem
reasonable
on
the
menu,
but
for
the
overall
experience
it
is
not
worth
it.
Also,
not
all
dishes
in
the
menu
are
served
and
most
of
the
items
are
served
Monday
through
Saturday,
we
visited
on
Sunday
and
the
menu
was
limited.
We
are
very
disappointed
with
our
experience
at
Sitara
Family
Restaurant,
and
we
would
not
recommend
it
to
anyone.
