Warm welcoming and service by the staff over there.. and good demo for the products. They were so patient to explain even window shopping few products. Staff name Geetha there was so polite with us and she's good at her work.

There are a lot of sales people in this place but very few people have knowledge on the products. Few couldn't even explain or give a comparison of what we ask. After a few mins I wasn't satisfied enough with the explanation....we were about to leave the place. But at last one guy gave a clear explanation and the comparison knowledge where we were able to decide something. They need to improve the sales team more of technical or product knowledge.
