There is no ticketing at this museum. It is open to public during working hours . The building is to be upgraded as per the standards of a modern museum. Digital guidance to understand the history of the artefacts shall be provided. The Government of Andhrapradesh shall act immediately to provide easy access and facilities in this museum.

Excellent museum before a year infiront of the museum a very big large tree 🌴 is there now they removed it for the new road it's somewhat unhappy ,,and the museum has antique pieces ,,swords and other safety armours of different kings and coins belongs to different ages we visited it 3 times and some beautiful paintings are also exhibited in museum ...

It's started at January 8th 1982.it is located beside Collectorate across railway station road. 3 galleries are here. Ancient statues of kadapa and rajampeta region kept in 1st gallery. Gain statues kept in 2nd gallery. Coins of golconda navabs were kept in 3rd gallery, these were belongs to B.C 1st century. Great museum. Good place for students picnic.

It is an old museum, but there is no information about the existence of a museum here. It's very useful to public and students..

Good museum. Prime location in the town and an excellent collection of artefacts. But the upkeeping of the museum needs to be done more frequently and the employees need to pay more attention to the visitors. Very poor advertising. More care need to be taken of the artefacts
