Today I walked into the Dell Store at Kadapa. I asked the sales person which laptop is useful for B.Tech students, he explained and gave suggestions with good and useful features laptop. I am totally satisfied with my laptop. I recommend it to other people also.

Absolutely useless store. Experience with this showroom is awful. Placed an order to get an original battery from Dell. Despite payment in advance, the front desk has no clue when he can deliver the same. Absolutely disgusting answers and impolite answers with rude behaviour towards the customer, as if he owns the Dell. Better to avoid. PS: Being left with no option to negative ranking, I am forced to give 1 star.

Im an accountant. I have a lot of work. So i decided to buy a laptop. I take suggestion from my colleague.she suggest me Dell company. So I go to Dell store and told my work. He refer good features of laptop. The way he is referring a laptop so good, the sales person having good knowledge about laptop..

The name itself it's a brand that too the sales person also good , giving good explanation about a laptop... the end of the day I feel happy about my laptop. What ever I want all features are there in my laptop. He suggest me a useful laptop

I dont have any knowledge about a laptop. I stepped into the kadapa dell store to buy a laptop , the show room is looks like a very pleasant ,the sales person having great knowledge about laptop. He suggest good features of laptop to me. I'm impressed his expalnation and i decided to buy what he suggest to me.
