I booked with myhikes using thrillophilia. The booking process was smooth, I received trip updates regularly from myhikes. I also received support regarding the queries. Few things which I liked was that, the guide provided for the hike was friendly and provided historic information about the places which we crossed during the hike. The POC in the bus took attendance and made sure everyone was back. The breakfast as arranged properly and myhikes representatives helped wherever they could. The forest pass was fetched and provided with ease. Basically the best thing with myhikes is that you just need to pay for their service and they arrange everything without any efforts from our side. Few things which I disliked was that everything was delayed. From the trip start to the trip end. Bus started late from pickup. Hike started late. While returning the bus started late while waiting for everyone to come (nearly 1.5 hours spent just waiting in the bus). Breakfast was served late even after reaching hotel. This delay in everything irritated me a lot. Another huge con is that they didn't have any safety precautions in place in case in case of accident. There was absolutely no one during the hike watching over the hikers. Someone could get unconscious and no one would know. Overall I feel they can improve a lot on their safety and help protocol. Not having absolutely anyone on the trek to look after the group is a huge No No. Also, it was very expensive considering the services provided. Almost 70-80% margin. Hence I would only book through myhikes if I get a very very good deal otherwise its best to plan by self.

I am glad that I chose to go with Myhikes. Each and everything about the trip was amazing. I could not have asked for more. Harsha, the trip coordinator is one gem of the person. He is very down to earth caring and he personally takes care of small and delicate things. I was the slowest on the trek but Harsha never left my side and kept me motivating to move. The homestay was beautiful, amazing delicious and homely food. The caretakers of homestay were available all the time to take care of food, hot water, tea, coffee etc, no matter how many times you are asking for it. We had delicious onion pakode along with tea that too during rains. We were taken care of from the beginning till end. Jayant made sure that we are going appropriately and sent us the instructions before hand to be prepared. One of the best choices I would say for trekking.

The trek experience was amazing. The crew members, tour guide and support staff were supportive throughout the trek accommodating each and every one's needs. Special mention to the tour guide of the recent trek batch to skandagiri-Mr.Ankush. He pushes you to complete the trek despite any odds.

I had a wonderful experience with myhikes adventures. We reached really late for the trek but yet, all our needs were take care of. We got a great guide and a great trek lead whom we met on their way back, since we reached late :P Overall a very pleasant experience and looking forward to book upcoming treks/ activities with myhikes.

A bit delay was there during security check in. But a great experience and an awesome guide and coordinator. The stay at resort was nice too. I would say, don't rush during up and downs, enjoy the view and journey wherever possible.

Went on Skandagiri trek last weekend. It was organised nicely. We had campfire at a nice cafe before starting for trek and breakfast after the trek. Trip leader Harsha was supportive as many of us were first timers to trekking. It was a great experience.

My hikes was awesome! I was skeptical in the beginning but they provided the best service ever, I wonder how it is so underrated and not recognised, they provide a trek lead who takes care of you like your best friend, our trek lead was Ankush please ask for him whenever you go he's a awesome guy with a lot of experience and so fun ! It's a like a new unseen adventure, where you just pay once and everything is sorted you don't have to pay at all they take care of everything....home stay and even camping and waking to sun raise over the mountains, traveling back to home everything is so safe for women too! I travelled with a girl ! She was also taken care of when she hurt her knees ! I'd like over rate it if could this was an awesome experience!

Travel (5/5): The bus was 3 + 2 semi sleeper. The seats were comfortable and our guide Harsha was super helpful with the directions to reach the assembly point. Accomodation (5/5): We were provided with nice hotel rooms with ample amount of space. The room which we were staying in had 7 occupants in total and there were 2 washrooms in that room plus one common washroom which was enough for us. Food (5/5): The food was included in our package and the hotel we were staying in provided really tasty food. Trek and activities (5/5): On our first day of the trip we reached dandeli where we did river rafting and some other fun water activities. Next day we started out Trek to dudhsagar. Where at the starting point of the Trek we had a little ice breaker of introductions and we got to know about our fellow trekkies. It poured continuously the entire day which made the terrain a little slippery but it was a good challenge. Initally we had to wait for some time at the jungle entry point because of some mismanagement of the guys which were taking entries of the people involved but eventually we started the Trek and reached the mighty dudhsagar falls which was pushing us backwards with all its force and we were fighting(amicably) a dual war with this force and for the best spot for photos. Thank you so much Harsha for the amazing trip. Looking forward to some more trips with you.

The trip to Dandeli-Dudhsagar was a nice one. The way Ankush Anna guided us was very nice. The foods that were provided by My Hikes were very good and also the accomodation was lovely. The way they organised the trip was inch perfect and I hope to go again with My hikes in future.

Well planned, Organised & Risk free trek 😇 Guide Ankush was too friendly, caring & watchful to help us during trek. Food provided was tasty & hygenic. Improvements - 1. Accomodation provided could have been still more better. 2. Also required facilities like emergency lights which was more important as we had frequent power cuts during rainy season.

The trek was amazing and the caretakers were great. Just wish the pickup could be later than 12AM, we wasted a lot of time on the bus between being picked up to reaching the base camp. The route was 2 hours max, we spent 3.5 hrs in the bus.

I recently went on the Skandagiri trek organized by Myhikes team and it was definitely worth it! The trek was of a medium level - good challenge without it being too overwhelming. They picked us up from the city, ensuring a hassle-free journey right from the start. It's always reassuring to have a reliable agency that takes care of the logistics. Inclusion of breakfast was really appreciated. It might seem like a small detail, but when you're trekking and expending energy, a good breakfast can make all the difference. The summit was an incredible experience. The cold wind brushing against the face, combined with the breathtaking sunrise was a moment to experience. Overall, I had an amazing time on the Skandagiri trek with Myhikes. I would definitely recommend it.

The trek was an experience to remember! For first time trekkers remember it’s moderate to tough. Don’t think it’s easy. But the Myhikes team is extremely professional and encouraging to help you get out of your comfort zone and push yourself to reach the peak. The experience was smooth with a bus journey to Skandageri from Bangalore. Once you reach you start your trek at 4am to reach the peak by sunrise ! It’s a beautiful view to make all the effort worthwhile! The Myhikes team made sure we all were back safe and sound! They also arranged an amazing breakfast on the way back! A very good adventure agency. The backend team is really good. They follow up on you properly and make sure you are satisfied with their service. The transportation was good. Dudhsagar hike was nice, I prefer to call it hike because it involves more walking than trekking, we had a great time with the fellows travellers. Couple of points for improvement are 1. Food - There's a lot of scope for improvement in the food quality and taste 2. Accommodation - Definitely a big letdown, the quality of mattress and the hygiene of the rooms and bathrooms are way low, this point definitely needs improvement Both the trek guides were very well behaved and took good care of all the traveller's through out the trip

Had a really nice experience of microlight flying. From booking till flying it was a very hassle free experience. The team is really good and professional. The pilot is also nice. I went to the Dudhsagar Trek with My Hikes and enjoyed every bit of it wholeheartedly. Never did it feel like it was my first solo-trek.. The guidance, the special arrangements provided by the treak lead to make sure we do not miss anything, was just fabulous. It was a good trekking experience. Forest guide was very good but couldn't completely go to tip due to rain. Please see when is the proper time to trekk because at top it was very slippery, very dangerous at the top. See the climate before only and the weather forecast in advance then plan for a Trek. Abhilash home stay was very good, they looked after like a family members. Overall it was a nice experience.

There is a lot of scope to improve. The attitude of the organizers isn't friendly and the way of conveying things is rude. The stay was good but there is no cleanliness. Food was bad too, either its very spicy that you can't eat or its very bland that there is no taste. There was no bonfire, there was no snacks, no hot water, and certain things which was promised. If the attitude of the organisers are improved and they made the group comfortable then they will go a long way. The good thing was the trek. They have good knowledge about it and the trek leads ensured all are safe and are together. Had a very good time during the trek. Thank you for this memory!

There's no doubt on Guiding towards Doodsagar trekk..it was a great experience and had lot of fun. . . Pros: There was great hospitality from the team who guided us towards right path and the cost was pretty good. Cons: there has been a misconnect in vendors where as we barely had hot water supply and food was average in stay. Also our trip was added with Dandeli with paid activity unfortunately that didn't happend due to covid situation..this situation was known before the trip if the team had proper communication with local people which would have not wasted the complete day.. The team should really work on these points. Thanks to Jayanth for all the efforts and tried meeting our expectation.

My hikes was good and professional Trek experience was very good. Very calm and well managed the group by Trek lead Ajit. Homestay could have been little more better other than that everything else was really good.

The worst trip I ever had There was no cleaness of room.and no hot water available. Guide was not so help full simply waste of money. Food quality was very poor.

I want to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from MyHikes Adventures. I recently booked a night trek to Skandagiri Hills with them through Book My Show, which turned out to be a regrettable decision. Firstly, despite the assurance of timely communication, I didn't receive any updates from their end as the trek approached. I was forced to take the initiative and call them, only to be informed that transportation, a vital aspect of the trek, wouldn't be provided as initially indicated. What's more concerning is that the full payment had already been deducted from my account, yet their coordination was severely lacking. The worst part is that during the night trek, we were left stranded in the hills with no guidance or assistance. They committed on providing a Forest or Trek Guide and left us all alone at night in the hills as there was nobody to help us with the trek. They provided a number to me 2 hours before the trek saying that the forest guide will be there at the checkpoint and that guy didn’t pick up the call even once. Considering the complete disregard for customer expectations and safety, I am left with no choice but to caution everyone against using MyHikes Adventures' services. This experience was not only frustrating but also potentially risky due to the lack of proper guidance. I called them after the trek was over to express my concern and the owner didn’t take any responsibility and said it’s not a part of their package to provide any guide to us. It's clear that their services are unreliable and far from trustworthy. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid any dealings with this company. The overall experience reeked of unprofessionalism and negligence.

Went on kudremukh trek on new year's eve, it was a terrible experience and worst service. - There was no transportation service to the base camp location. - The trek leader had no clue about the place and was misleading with the kms to reach to the peak. - The trek leader didn't provided us with the important information such as homestay name or directions. It was absolutely zero network region so no point of contact, people were lost finding their way back from trek because trek leader had disappeared in the middle of the trek. - Organiser( Ajit ) have poor communication skills, he doesn't inform the plan for the day, we had to ask him every time. - Also, there was just one room for boys and one room for girls. (25+ people to stay) - They were playing local music the whole time and the driver didn't allowed us to play Hindi/English songs on our way back to Bangalore. - Organizer was busy enjoying with his family and it felt that we're just tag alongs infact we're the one who was actually paying for it. - There were many other trek organizer companies present over there which were much better than myhikes and cheaper too. P.S: The only good thing about this trek was Nature.

Great experience and helpful Team. Overnight trek with beautiful sunrise to lookout for, watch out for weather conditions though, bit tough with rains. Carry your own torch and eatables.
