Ordered very eagerly in pizza hut to order my box 199, in which they gave me a pizza with garlic bread. Pizza taste was not up to the mark and even the worst part is garlic bread and not it is like bread it is like a hard rock for me and doest even taste or smell like garlic. Highly disgruntled and waste fo money.

Just now my order (spiced chicken meat balls) has arrived... For the 1st time i felt that i have paid for pizza 🍕 and i was eating only bread.... Bad taste 👎

First things first 1.Coming to positives The interior was excellent The quotes about pizza is exceptionally designed and we'll pinned to the walls in a very aesthetic way,the order processing time is also accurate, The available menu is good The taste of the ordered pizza is too delicious and worthy of the money 2.Now coming to the improvents must be made to avoid negative impact on the pizza hut A) The maintenance of the chairs is too worst,they didn't even cleaning them properly B)the bathroom door must be repaire it almost broke my spectacles when i am coming out C)the hand wash drier didn't work at all,in the washroom, What's the use of installation of it's not useful? D)the most frustating thing is ,the pizza hut have four AC's but none of them worked We ate with full of sweat,that was a bad way to treat the customers right? Eating there at that 8pm in the night felt like eating in a desert at mid noon which makes us sweat profusely! E) additionally with pizza we ordered choco volcano, The taste of it is too disappointing

Pizza Hut is a good brand but I’m surprised to see it’s quality n make , it’s look like home made and also very bad , burnt n shattered chicken pieces, mixed taste. Bad experience for me.

This place is damm hot to sit and eat.. Full of fly bees and Mosquitos. No proper maintenance. Ac's won't work.

Typical pizza hut. Maintained with above average standards. Pizzas taste good and the cleanliness was also alright when we visited. But when we asked for a combo offer they told that it can be only ordered online,which we did. Overall a pretty normal experience, nothing out of this world.

Worst biryani we had in our life.. No taste. No flavor we ordered nizame biryani no authentic flavors and taste.... I won't recommend to eat biryani here.. Just there are using brand nothing great in taste and portion... Roadside biryanis are much more better and taste full.... Waste of moneyy... If u want to waste ur money like us just once go and visit...... If u want taste worst biryani ithen i will definitely recommend u to this paradise biryani kadapa.....

Ordered through swiggy 3 pizzas none of them are cooked properly they are half baked, and the delivery boy requested to give rating for food as the restaurant asked for.......,worst taste and behaviour would have given zero rating it is there

Taste is an average. Price is high and need to improve food quality. In kadapa they can't survive this much price rates.

Very Bad experience waited so long almost 30 min at the counter to order don't know if the people are sleeping. Had a Singaporean guest who was totally disappointed by the service. We did not eat anything and came out.

I had in pizza hut @hyderabad @bangalore @qatar, usually i am a fan of pizza hut, felt happy that pizza hut opened in Kadapa, but quality of pizza in kadapa is not up to the brand standards, un professional pizza makers don't know from where did they recruited.

Less amount and delicious taste and also service very very good recently I went pizza Hut at kadapa and the employes are way off suggest offers good

Don't have enough of staff. Is 2 members of staff enough for the whole store? Staff are giving preference to only online customers like swiggy,Zomato. Taking order and delivery is really very late. Must be improve to pizza hut store in Kadapa.
