Very bad experience. I gave my baby dress with embroidery work and my dress alteration after seeing the reviews.owner did not provide any details before stitching but after completion she says cloth not enough. And the work done on material is not good.she used old items and when I ask she replaced and lot of time wasted by roaming around her boutiqe. For dress alteration she took double amount with my brother and when I ask she says different reasons and comparing cost with yv street where we find cheap rates.thus is my first visit and last visit .this is my honest review. I won't visit her boutiqe in my life time . Lot of time wasted by giving her orders. When customer gives order owner should take care. But she says that I did not take care of your orders as I'm busy with other work. Such irresponsible person i have never seen in any boutique.guys please give honest reviews here so that others will not face these type of issues further. You have given refund . But stitching is not proper. I don't have time to replace .And You are not available in your store . Everything you managed through phone call or message . Owner should be available atleast once at store.anyways im not satisfied with your service. You spoiled my baby dress .

Firstly the response of the botique owner Mrs. DURGA BHAVANI when I approached her for an order was really impressive and way too polite, even though she managed everything through phone calls and sharing the pictures of fabric and all on whatsapp it was meticulous and my order a customized lehanga was delivered perfectly on time and I liked it. Finally it's a good experience and I think a preferable botique in our place like kadapa
