I had bought an item online and had received wrong product. So when i went to the nearest store which was this one in Panjim, i was very happy with the way Mr Shamwal handled the entire matter. He resolved it and gave me the replaced correct product. Loved the professional behaviour and the way he treated me as a valued customer despite the fact that i had ordered online and not from the store. Had already bought the same product earlier in September. I would highly recommend visiting this store and not buy online as customer service is excellent.

I had a brilliant experience at the panjim store, I requested for a design that wasn't available at the store, on receiving the same, the store promptly updated me through a phone call & WhatsApp, and helped me seamlessly complete my purchase. A few days after my purchase, the store was running an additional 5% discount through an SBI card, I got my item returns back & re purchased the item to avail the additionals discount. They were so helpful & swift in helping me avail the additional discount. Just a brilliant buying experience with kind, helpful staff through all touch points.
