Me and my friends came into the salon on the off chance on the 13th of October wanting our eyebrows and eyelashes done, to which we was told they didn't have enough time for the eyelashes but could do the brows. We decided we would just leave it after the members of staff didn't seem to want to treat us. We got up to leave to be told as we left the premises "how rude" by the owner (Suzanne) which I'm aware of because of the website. May I add very confrontational. My friend went back in and said what did you say to then be told you are rude with no explanation and that they wouldn't want our custom anyway. After seeing good reviews and family liking the salon we decided to try this place but wouldn't want anyone to be spoken to like we were. Never felt more uncomfortable in a salon in my life. Being judged for how we look and also 'not good enough for custom' in this salon is a joke! I'd give a 0 star rating if I could. Never made a review before but feel people need to know as the prices are very high for poor customer service.

Andrea is the best! She's always friendly, up for a good chat, and genuinely cares about her clients. Every time I visit, she gives me fantastic treatments that have me looking and feeling great. (My last treatment included a free neck and back massage as part of the membership scheme which is amazing!) Mary Haworth is clean, comfortable, and the entire team is incredibly welcoming. It feels more like catching up with friends than a simple beauty appointment. It completely nails the blend of friendliness and professionalism while delivering amazing results!

Excellent one hour time spent, in the hands of a professional . Thoroughly enjoyed the massage , back, shoulder and neck massage, followed by a facial. Pure Pampering at its very best. Always the best touch, feel of different products, ambiance and comfort.

Amazing! Just what was needed for my mental and physical health today! Andrea was superb, we had a chat and a laugh then she allowed me to completely absorb the back massage and facial, and it was just perfect! Excellent experience!! Had a back wax done 7 years ago and it was apprensive having it done again due to the pain experience of last time which i somehow joked/laughed off. This time, absolutely fantastic, a painless and actually a very comfortable/smoothing experience thanks to Andrea due to her expert technique/waxing methods 😊 Perfect result as well considering there was a lot of hair to remove!! This was a lovely treatment and Ocean made it very relaxing. The exfoliation was really excellent and left my skin feeling so clean. The massage was soothing and I still feel chilled out - rare for me! My face looks radiant. I will definitely book this treatment with Ocean again, even though I don't live in North Manchester!

Just had the most gorgeous Espa Natural Face Lift Facial with Andrea. Every element of it from detox, invigorating massage, sculpt to relaxing massage was amazing. I feel like it’s released all the tension I was carrying in my jaw and my skin feels and looks fantastic. I can’t decide which was my favourite part of the 90 minutes but I’ve come away feeling both invigorated and yet totally chilled. Thanks Andrea x

I had the most gorgeous espa facial with a lovely therapist, Ocean was so welcoming. The treatments used felt lovely on my skin and the aromas amazing. It was very calming. The head massage was so soothing I think I feel asleep!!! It was such a lovely and relaxing experience, thank you so much!

I was rather nervous of having my gel nail polish removed as I had had a very bad experience previously. I explained this to the lovely Verity who understood perfectly what had happened and assured me this would be fine. She talked me through the whole process and we had a lovely chat. At the end of the session my nails looked perfect and I was more than pleased with the experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon and Verity. Thanks to all.
