We got Vernon and Dale to try to service and repair a treadmill that we had bought on eBay. Despite the machine turning out to be a write-off, their efforts, fast response and communication were absolutely fantastic. Vernon's final advice - that we would have been better off buying a reconditioned machine off them in the first place - was definitely right!

I bought a reconditioned/serviced Lifefitness GX spin bike from Vernon at 2020Fitness during the lockdown. His attention to detail is great and the indoor bike looks absolutely mint, runs soooo smoothly and is a really well put together piece of commercial quality kit - when compared to home use equivalents the quality/robustness really shows.
