Batter boys is a very pleasant place. The rooms was neat and tidy, the staff is very professional and friendly and the service was fantastic. I totally loved staying there and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We attended a function at Batter Boys in November 2023.The food was not up to standard.(starters were cold,no butter with the hard/old rolls.Food tasted bland) Some of the Waiters seemed unfriendly and did not want to assist us. They did not cater for vegetarians/vegans.

I’ve been dealing with Batter Boys for a number of years now and have always been happy with the catering side of the business. I had never stayed over there until just recently and I have to say the accommodation side of their business needs a couple of tweaks for sure. The room, I took a suite, was very badly presented and just didn’t feel like any care and attention had been applied to the presentation of the room at all. It’s all a bit dated. The bed nearly broke my back. The conference venues are great I must say. And they cater to every budget.

Booked for family. When we arrived there was a big party with loud music. They didn't mention anything! Very disappointing!!!!

I attended an event held at the hotel. Google maps took me to the wrong street, but it was simple enough to drive around to the next road. I never entered the hotel, only the conference hall. Its a beautiful space and well maintained. The good served was excellent and delicious.

It was a great night at this guest house where we had the package including the club house decor and braai. The staff were friendly and we had a great time.

I visited the venue for a gala event and didn't sleep in one of the rooms. But I liked the grounds, it was clean with enough parking space for all who attended. The security guard was friendly and helpful. The hall was really nice and the food well prepared and warm. A place I will definitely go back to.

Was invited for an occasion for hours only on the 5th of this month. We really enjoyed a lot on that evening.I loved the place.

There are no aircons and the ceiling fan is not helping to cool the place. The rooms are unbelievable hot even late at night. There was an extra fan in the room but not switched on to aid to cool down the room before arrival. The fridge was off. It felt that the hoist made no effort to make us feel that they prepared to welcome us although booking was done 3 months in advance. Breakfast was good. I made my booking online and what was shown on the internet is a misrepresentation of wat we encounter. Bathroom does not look inviting the basin tap was loos and there is no door. Apparently, there are 5 rooms with aircons make sure to ask for it when booking.

We attended a function there. The food was a delicious buffet, more than enough per person and the dancefloor was big enough. The music was just a bit too loud a lot of the times and one of the tables were directly in front of a speaker.

We make use of their facilities on a monthly basis and can highly recommend their food and service. No comparison in the area. They also do functions and catering at your premises, making life easy for businessesowners who do functions on site.

Our school had our Matric dance there. Excellent venue, food great BUT truly a nightmare outside the venue with cars and motorbikes literally racing each other causing chaos. Incredibly unsafe. Will never hold a function here again, for this reason. Access must be controlled!
