Easily one of the worst places I have ever had to stay in. Filthy rooms, horrendous overcrowded bedrooms with ancient beds and even worse mattresses. Bathrooms are disgusting with either no water or cold water, if you’re lucky. Plugs don’t work, terrible food. Food prepared and served in a very unhygienic manner. Countless health and safety hazards.

The Pits!!! Food was horrendous, the bedding not clean, beds old and provide no support instead you are literally swallowed alive by the mattress. Bad attitude from staff, especially Rosina who told us they're used to customers who like complaining it really doesn't bother them. The food was disgusting not sure from which butcher or type of animal they get their meat and cold meats. They couldn't even cook basic rice right, it was literally raw! Buildings/rooms look like tbey were just put together to create shelter but materials used are substandard and old. Book at you own risk!!! If I could give a negative -100 rating I would! Pure disgust!

My moms cellphone got stolen here by the staff. Very bad experience for her. Staff got access to their rooms when they attended a conference meeting, they searched her bag and stole her cell phone.

It's not clean , the service is very poor , the manager/supervisor is rude .

No words to explain the level of dissatisfaction that I feel regarding this place. Rooms and food are not up to standard, we were also sold false dreams, as they ended up giving away the room that we had booked and we ended up in a shoddy room without any hot water. Truly disappointed to say the least.

I love the place, we have a fire 🔥 conference the venue was good but hot no Aircon, and the swimming pool has no water.the rooms was great but the 🚿 shower curtains was disappointed, the place need renovation, thanks so much the food was delicious 10out of 10.

Rooms are not up to par, the pool is always dirty, it's not child friendly, everything is old. The food is not too good. The standard is just bad.

We are coming today to the retreat. Please let us not experience all these negative feedback. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
