Love love the fitting area and i found something i didn't know i needed. This blazer and pants are R950 but the pants are on sale for R299. There is so much to choose from and satisfying customer service.

Your store is really well laid out and the variety of styles and clothing are great, however, the one complaint i have that really puts me off shopping at your store is the extremely loud and monotonous teenybopper club type music that is played. It bombards your senses in a highly negative way and taints my shopping experience. Please change this and create a more pleasurable shopping experience. Thank you.

I was at Fochini Menlyn branch tonight and was blown away by one of the staff members 'Rose'. She was spectacular! I had a list of items and she stopped with what she was doing, listened intently and ran around knowing where to find each item. She acted like a personal shopper, super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 30mins and bought 5 items. I really feel like she needs to be rewarded for her excellent service. Thank you Rose for ending my hardworking day on such a high happy experience.

It is rare to get good customer service these days, but Foschini Menlyn delivered next level customer service. After I saw glittery fishnet tights on a mannequin, one of the staff went beyond what was expected and found the last pair in the store for me. It must have taken around 30 minutes to find them but she even brought out a barcode detector. I was impressed. Foschini should keep up this standard and reward staff who go this far for the customer. I will definitely shop from Foschini again in the future.

No clue about customer service! Terri the manageress verbally abused my wife which by the way spends a lot of money there every month. Terri went up to wife and said to her that she must pull her mask up above her nose, my wife responded that her nose ‘was’ covered. Terri then proceeded to follow her round the store continually hurling insults at her. Saying that she should get out HER store as she was putting the staff at risk. My wife eventually threw down the dress she was planning to buy and left the store! She called me in tears and explained the whole story. Needless to say she will never ever step foot into another Foshini ever again. Terri should learn how to speak to customers and how to treat paying customers. We called Foshini head office to lay a formal complaint but after hanging on for ever we were told a manager would call back, they never did! USELESS USELESS USLESS SERVICE!

Drove me to tears today. The staff and manager did not understand what I was trying to explain regarding a refund. This is the 3rd time I'm going there to collect my money. Each time I am helped by someone else, one more confused than the other one. Really made me feel stupid and as if I'm doing something wrong. Really had the worst experience of my life with regards to customer service. Considering closing my account after the last monthly installment.

Bad customer service. Dont accept cash. Moving from one pay station to another with long queues to stand on, the manager not on site to complain. Very upset, 45 min moving around just to pay. :/

I send a cellphone for repair which nothing was given to me to show that I gave them my fone and when I call they always send me pillar to post. The service at foschini menlyn Park is very poor.
