Poor service..by a guy named Bongani yoh total turn off

My son took his IPhone 6 to Vodacom Repairs, Main Rd, S/West for a quote as the phone would not charge. Instead of just quoting they apparently had to send the phone to Johannesburg for a quote (due to the complex nature of the problem), this was done without our consent or knowledge. After we declined the quote it took us 3 weeks to get the phone back (3 visits to shop, as they don't answer their phones, or on the odd occasion they do, they just put you on hold and leave your there). We were quoted R4 730 to repair the phone...once I received it back I took the phone to Cell World, Helderberg Centre where I received AWESOME service!! The phone was repaired within 15 minutes....and wait for it...for a total cost of R350. Can someone please explain how this is possible, R4 730 (and 3 weeks) vs R350 (15 minutes) with friendly, helpful and competent staff.

Sent phone for repairs after 2 week received phone with broken buttons and camera was not fix. Already paid R1600 and had to send it back no thanks will never trust vodacom repairs in Somerset West again
