Came
in
here
with
very
high
expectations
of
getting
some
authentically
prepared
Mexican
food.
Our
server
spoke
Spanish
so
that
was
a
big
plus,
as
was
the
in
house
wifi.
The
tortilla
chips
tasted
like
they
were
prepared
in
house,
and
the
accompanying
rojo
salsa
was
very
well
spiced.
Could
have
used
some
extra
minced
garlic
and
cilantro,
but
it
was
still
better
than
most
other
Mexican
restaurants
in
PA
that
we've
been
to.
Our
server
looked
surprised
when
I
asked
for
mica,
perhaps
because
it
was
not
listed
on
the
menu.
I
then
asked
her
if
they
serve
carne
asada
and
she
answer
yes,
so
that's
what
I
ordered.
This
meal
was
starting
out
very,
very
well.
Until
my
mica
was
brought
out.
It
tasted
like
it
had
been
made
from
powder.
I
would
assimilate
this
hibiscus
tea
in
the
same
way
that
Tang
would
compare
to
fresh
squeezed
orange
juice.
Not
very
tasty
or
appealing
at
all.
When
my
carne
asada
burrito
came
out
of
the
kitchen
it
was
visually
disappointing
because
there
was
just
a
scant
dollop
of
sour
cream
&
guacamole
at
one
end
of
the
plate,
and
no
pico
de
gallo
on
top
of
the
burrito.
Even
more
disappointing
was
what
this
place
calls
carne
asada.
Instead
of
a
well
marinated
skirt
steak
grilled
to
medium
rare
and
sliced
thinly,
it
appeared
to
be
cheap
round
steak
that
was
waaaaay
over
cooked
and
then
chopped
up
into
minced
meat.
Because
of
that
the
burrito
was
very
dry
and
had
almost
zero
flavor.
What
a
shame
considering
all
the
beef
ranches
in
the
surrounding
Lancaster
County
area
where
this
restaurant
could
source
some
locally
produced
beef
with
some
great
rass
fed
flavor.
All
in
all,
Tres
Hermanos
was
a
complete
disappointment
as
our
choice
for
dinner.
