After not being able to use the app because it's a broken piece of junk, I had to order on the kiosk. I literally ordered two crunchy tacos, one soft taco, one chicken quesadilla, a bean burrito with extra onion and a chip and cheese. They literally screwed up every single item. None of the tacos were done right they had put extra stuff on that was not supposed to be on there. The quesadilla didn't have any of the sauce that's supposed to be on it so it was really dry. The burrito was super, super small. But at least they put the extra 45 cents of freaking onions on it. They forgot the chips and cheese so I had to remind them to put them in the bag. This is a simple order. I don't understand for some reason why the app doesn't work that's a huge problem all on its own but when I order at the restaurant they should get it right. It's not freaking rocket science. Literally you're making fast food and there is a tag in front of you telling you exactly how to make it. It shouldn't be messed up. I'm done eating at Taco Bell. I wish we had Del Taco like California. Way better. I'm going to Qdoba or any Mexican place besides Taco Bell. Their quality has dropped drastically. And it's like the workers don't even care. If you don't like working there get a job somewhere else. Seriously, I shouldn't have to suffer because you hate your job and can't do it right.

We just went there at 1:40am and they said they wasn't serving because they got a 30 taco order and couldn't take ours. That's 2 times in 2 months they have done that to me. Them and the shadeland Ave closes early because they don't want to fulfill orders because they are lazy

My order was wrong and the iced coffee tasted like flavored water. Other than that, the store was clean, and the staff was nice enough.

The drive through did not seem to be familiar with the new vegetation items. She kept saying just ask without meat. But my bag was printed with a label saying vegan items. They were great

We had a large order and it was all just thrown in a big bag. For example, the taco shells were broken from being placed near the bottom of the bag and the chips were scattered all over the bag. Way too much weight for one bag.

Worst location I've even been to. Got chalupas last night, bareley any ingrediants and it was old and crispy. Could not eat other than the soft shell taco that came with it.

I love the Mexican Pizza! No matter what Taco Bell I go to I order that menu item and this location (Cherry Tree) is the only one that screws it up. It seems to me in my opinion that the MP's are made with more bean spread and less meat then other locations. (My opinion) Then when I get home with my order the pizza is soggy from all the "sauce" they slop" on the top before they put the cheese on the top. I do not encounter this problem with any other location. The (soft) Taco Supreme are fantactic as is the Buritto Supreme. I don't have any problems with any of the other items that I order, just my much loved Mexican Pizza.

Tacos have gotten smaller ,Mexican was soggy.i remember why I stopped coming. Price is too high not to get quality good, sorry but not sorry
