    Love going to Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow. Been attending the studio for four years now. Very friendly and welcoming and a great variety of skilled and helpful instructors and classes. Great to feel more integrated with Glasgow west end’s yoga community and the studio has enhanced this. Looking forward to my first yoga holiday later this year, organised by the studio. Thank you to Paula & Pol for the service you provide - yoga has become an integral part of my life and Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow will continue to be part of my journey for many years to come.

    I attended my very first yoga session at - let’s say a very mature age. I was looking for relaxation, restoration and de-stressing. I discovered Yin yoga classes run by Paula at Yoga, Meditation and Healing. Eight weeks on, having attended weekly classes, I rue why I have not done this all my life. It’s a combination of what Yin gives to you and what Paula, as its leader, brings to you in kindness, compassion and competence. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

    We booked a group yoga and meditation session with Paula as a surprise for my yoga-enthusiast sister for her hen-do. Not knowing what to expect, we were delighted to be warmly greeted by Paula, who made us feel at home and incredibly comfortable. Our group comprised of beginners, all the way up to yoga converts, and the session was tailored perfectly to include everyone (including taking past injuries into account). We left feeling limber, calm, zen and whole. I highly recommend this studio, we felt incredibly well catered for, and would 100% book again. Thank you Paula!!! xxx

    I have been attending weekly Yoga Therapeutics classes led by Paula for over a year and have also benefited from a one-to-one session. Paula is a highly intuitive, kind and responsive teacher. I feel that the classes are very helpful in managing the psychological and physical wear and tear of being human.

    I started to go to the yoga studio a year ago and I was gladly surprised by the team . All the teacher are so friendly and caring ! You also have different classes depending on what you want to work on. After any class you can feel all the benefits on your mind and body. The studio is cute and very peaceful. Member are also very nice, it always a pleasure to go ! Definitely recommend this studio.

    I’ve been going every week to Paula and Pól’s classes, for over 3 years now, and I can’t recommend them enough. When I step into the studio I instantly feel a sense of relief and calm. It’s somewhere I can go to really shut off the stress of the world. The classes introduced me to not only the physical side of yoga but the spiritual and mental side of it too. I hope this studio will always be here! Xx

    Paula has saved me a fortune in Physiotherapy!! The slow deliberate movements have helped my posture and thus my arthritis! Relaxation sessions are wonderful! Pol and Paula are dedicated to yoga - fantastic sessions!!

    I’ve been going every week for almost a year to this studio and I cannot recommend it enough! I’ve taken classes with Paula, Pól, and Sam and they are all fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable! They have classes for everyone ranging from calming beginner friendly classes to classes that are more challenging with advanced poses. So glad that I’ve found this studio as it’s become a part of my weekly routine and something I look forward to going to each week!

    From the first session with Paula (Vinyasa Flow) I was hooked. I treasure the studio which is beautifully maintained and an evident safe space. It's been incredible to witness my body not only getting stronger and more flexible, but genuinely relaxing and releasing (not a common occurrence for me!) with Paula's guidance. The class is the perfect mix of challenging and restorative, with modifications for different skill levels and body types. I can't wait to keep attending and feel blessed to have found the class only a few months after my move to Glasgow.

    I attended classes at Yoga Meditation Healing for two months while I was living in Glasgow as an exchange student. I had never practiced yoga before, but living alone in a new country, I sensed it was something I needed. I could not have asked for a better introduction to the practice: Paula and Pol are incredible teachers, who made me feel welcome while still encouraging me to push myself at a pace that was right for me. Pol's teaching style also encouraged me to have fun and 'play' as I tried new poses - making me leave each class with a big smile :-) ! Since leaving Glasgow, I have maintained a consistent practice, trying a lot of different styles and studios in multiple cities- but I have not found a studio that is as accessible, welcoming, and respectful of the discipline as Yoga Meditation Healing. Thanks for everything!

    Would 100% recommend Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow. I have attended a few beginner classes & Pól has been an amazing teacher. Always feel at ease & so welcoming. After each class I always feel great.

    I really enjoy Paula's yoga classes, I have been attending Sunday's 2hr workshop and I would definitely recommend it. It helps me stretch my body and gives me a sensation of calmness and relaxation afterwards. I have tried various classes with others but that's the only class I don't have pain afterwards due to my sciatica. Thank you Paula for all the energy you transfer 🙏

    I’ve been attending Pol’s classes since around 2015 and over that period I have to say that my flexibility and my mental well being have improved significantly over that time. I would say without any hesitation whatsoever to anyone who is considering joining, even for a beginners class, to do so as they will get a huge amount of out benefit out if it and may, like me, also still be attending enthusiastically in 8 years time.

    The Friday meditation classes are fantastic! Pol is a brilliant teacher and I always leave the class feeling refreshed and ready to take on another week. Regularly practicing meditation has made such a difference with various aspects in life, would recommend it to everyone!!

    I attend a mixture of classes with Pól, Paula and Sam. I could not not recommend Yoga Mediation Healing more. It’s the type of studio that embraces you and makes you believe in yourself & you capabilities. You will soon be known by name and feel, with no pressure, supported to achieve the most out of classes. Yoga is now a non-negotiable in my life because I feel almost superhuman after the classes. Thank you for all I am learning- I look forward to many more formative years ahead in my practice.

    Beginners Yoga Class has a varied programme which will challenge and stretch you in lots of positive ways. Pol is an experienced teacher who delivers classes in a clear and interesting way along with a good sense of humour. He has a wealth of knowledge which he generously shares. I have benefited on many levels from attending this class. The studio is a pleasant calm airy space to practice in. There is always a warm welcome for everyone.

    Yoga therapeutics has been transformational. Paula is a kind, thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable teacher. She brings a warmth and understanding of her clients needs to all her classes which take place in a very welcoming and nurturing studio. I look forward to this class and love the very positive change in my abilities as a result of attending classes.
