Thank you, Dr. Kais, for seeing me on short notice on 11.21 2023, regarding a new crown placed by a dentist at Plaza Dental on 11.16.2023. The crown caused me discomfort. The dentist hammered it into the jaw to adjust the height (protrusion) problem. I have never experienced that before when getting a crown. I was shocked/dismayed it happened. You showed me on an X-RAY that the Plaza dentist had added a band of filling material around the crown that shouldn't have been there. You drilled on the crown surface, which alleviated some of the discomfort i was experiencing. The new crown will need to be replaced because, as you said during the exam, the band of filling material is an area for potential caries (cavities). I'm grateful and thankful to you for seeing and helping me on short notice and for taking me and a family member on as new patients.

Very clean facility and helpful staff. All up to date technology and equipment. I came from a very outdated dental office years ago and when I got there I was like “woooow! This place is with the time.” Nice staff means happy employees. Means a lot.

Dr Kais is an amazing dentist! Without a doubt she helps to replace my worrying and nervousness with laughter, comfort and confidence. She does an amazing job curing any dental issues I have and always makes time for my visits. She never rushes my visit and always wants to make sure you are comfortable. I am thankful to Dr Kais and her staff for making my dental visit such a phenomenal experience. Happy to say as they celebrate 25 years, I have been a happy client of Dr. Kais for those 25 years.

They're a good dental office. You get different dentists here and there, and sometimes you receive slightly different information about your dental health though.
