Went there to look at datejust watches. The staff were very friendly, but nothing I was interested in was in stock. I understand that’s not necessarily their fault, their inventory is whatever Rolex sends them, but I sat around waiting for 30+ minutes for someone to come help me just to be told the piece I wanted wasn’t available. The place seemed understaffed compared to how many people were looking to be let in. Anyone interested in shopping around should schedule an appointment. And if you have a strict budget or specific timepiece you’re looking for, you’re better off buying online.

Amy rushed and pressured us to pick a setting. The craftsmanship of the setting was awful. The gem did not look good with the setting. Within a month, the gem was loose in the setting. I asked if I could see the setting with the gem before we finalized the purchase and she said the sale was final since the setting was custom.

When I arrived at BBJ, I was cordially greeted by Reza Sadraei. He explained the various styles and I selected the model that met my needs. The bottom line is it was a hassle free experience. I have always wanted to buy myself some cute gold huggie hoops. I went in and I was shown the different options. The woman who helped me didn’t try to upsale me and understood exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love my little hoop earrings and will definitely be going back! The woman who helped me was names Patty and she was just the sweetest thing!

I bought my watches at Ben Bridge, I had a good experience. But to get your watches serviced there is an ordeal. I waited 10 weeks, yes 10 weeks on what they said was a 4-6 week job. One of my watches works. The other one does the exact sane thing I brought it in for (the date doesn’t change). I guess they don’t read their own instructions bc they cleaned it up for me and fixed everything except the original problem. They said this is an easy fix, it will take a couple of weeks.! If that is the case, why did I wait 10 weeks for them? They had no answer.
