Unless you go fairly early in the morning, this spot is usually very busy. I have yet to get a drink here which was made incorrectly or was late despite the amount of traffic they get. Kudos to the team here. They are exceptional and deserve respect and courtesy, especially when they are slammed. Thank you, friends, you are awesome!

Conveniently located off of Montague Expressway near the Intel building, this new Starbucks location is clean and has a friendly staff. The wait time can be long if you’re there during the post-lunch busy hour, so plan accordingly. Large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.

Great service. Friendly, and professional barista. Beautiful interior. THANK you to supervisor Erika and staff. The green tea lemonade and Cafe latte were perfection.

-5☆ Worse service ever! Wait..there was no service!! I walked in, they didn't even look at me let alone greet me! I stood there for few min cuz they (2guys 1girl) were busy doing nothing but talking amongst themselves..then someone else walked in and they immediately greeted/helped. It was like I was invisible!! I was never looked at, greeted or anything so I walked out. I will never go there again.

Service at this place is a real toss up. Today it was great but many days your left standing while the staff chats. Generally the drinks are okay. I think the managers commitment to customer service is not quite what other locations may have :-)

Great service and very friendly staff. When we ordered the wrong item, they were kind enough to make a new one for us without any extra charge

I love the Pumpkin Spice Latte and get a lot during its short season! It's so rich that I opt for nonfat milk and no whipped cream. That saves a few calories!

It’s easily one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. Be prepared to wait 15-20 most mornings.

Excellent service but interior sitting area is quite small and very few seats. 3 2 top tables plus one counter/ bar top with 4 chairs inside. Expansive outdoor patio with 3 shaded tables and 4 open sky tables. Outstanding customer service. All baristas on all the shifts are friendly and welcoming. They also work quickly to get orders completed as quickly as possible. No issues getting refills. Nothing but good things to say about the Wyatt location so far (as of June 9, 2023).

Seriously no options for pour over other than blonde and Verona. And Starbucks wants me to believe non union is best.

Very fast and friendly service with a big smile. The place is very accesible with plenty of parking and has both inside and outside seating. It is a good place for a coffee meeting with your colleagues outside the office setting.

Love this place. Apart from it being near my place, parking is not be a problem as it's located in a complex. Staff are also great and accommodating. They always make you feel welcome.

Beautiful newer location, however the staff could be more friendly. The person taking my order had to have me repeat it a few times, then messed up what sandwich I wanted. I went to let them know to just get the right one, thinking it was just a mistake and they tried to give me a problem about it. Sorry but Gouda and cheddar are different cheeses guys. Also the app says this location is closed for mobile pickup but they’re clearly open as a fyi.

Took like 20 minutes for a black coffee with cream. When they finally noticed us they asked if we hadn’t gotten our order.

Not sure why but a reg Menu item on my order has been watery...Today they got my name wrong on My purchased cup I made. Idk must be a tough-day for some...

The coffee from this location often tastes watered down and the service is very inconsistent. Some of the staff members are friendly and helpful, while others are rude and snobby. It's best to order well in advance at this location as they have long wait times.

Always come here and order ahead but, today had me in the store for 20 minutes making me late for school. made my drink horribly which was a simple pink drink with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. didn’t have time to ask for another because I was way late for school. update: Also parking lot is designed horribly

I couldn’t tell which station was taking orders. I went to the one that was staffed. The barista said “this is the wrong one. You have to go to the other one.” She could have said “I’ll help you down there,” as she walked that way. A man who came in after got there first and she took his large order. She totally ignored me. Very uncommon. I’ll go down the street before starting my drive home.
