Entry fee 150 for trekking. Not worth it. Good parking space available. There are 2 ways by which you can reach at the top. One by proper trekking through the forest & other by road which is not so proper. You need a off road bike or car. So if you are walking by that road it's not a good idea to walk between 11am to 3pm approx as there are no trees on the way & you are going to get exhausted and dehydrated. Better to carry hat or Umbrella. There are multiple adventurous places on the way but they are not fully operational. Washroom is available at the top. Also make sure you wear little loose trousers so that you can walk easily and compulsorily wear shoes.

The view from top of the hill is beautiful. You have to walk around 2kms on the very rough road to reach the top. (Trekking road was closed when we visited so had to walk on the bumpy road.) Not so good road to drive your vehicle to the top. Even in the hot weather he rocks were suprisingly cold. The statue is small but the view and overall experience is good. 🙂 Selfie point needs maintenance. Entry Fee: 150 per person. (Extra charge if you are taking your vehicle on top of hill) Parking Available. (Please carry water)

The view from the top is beautiful. Begin your trekking journey early to avoid direct sun as there is no shelter or shade. Two wheelers need to be careful as the road causes bikes to skid.

The entrance is 150 rupees per person, the ascent is 2-3 km rather sharp, over stones. along the way there is a rock, a water fountain that does not work and a place for a selfie. The statue is beautiful, but the view that opens up to the eye sitting next to the Buddha is cooler at times. It is especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Open until 18.

This is the Serene place on height, we drove till the foot, they charged us 150rs each as entry ticket.. Climbing up was a task, but once we reached there,, nothing in the world could stop us from feeling joyful, ecstatic.. Ultimate.. But it's better if it remains a low key place instead of turning into a tourist spot.. (PS -We r native locals, n not tourists)

This place opens at 8 am in morning and is open till 5.30 pm. You can go walking/trekking or travel by car/ scooter to reach on top of the hill. You get an off-roading experience if you plan to travel by car/ scooter to reach top of the hill. Road is dangerous so be careful while riding the scooter or driving the car. The entry fee is Rs. 100 per person which could have been on the lower side for locals. The site has become popular with many people wanting to visit this place. It is recommended to visit this place early in morning at 8 am or late 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

The view is really amazing 😍... Worth going there but the entry fee is bit too high that is 100 per person which according to me is high ... It should be reduced . But the place is worth going ... This place is good to go for trekking ... 😊

The road to this tourist spot is very bad and confusing. The biggest NO to go this place is the ticket they charge which is 150/PP which is way to expensive for such a spot because of the road conditions to this spot which are too bad and not at all worth it to spend the money if you are a group of friends. Instead you can go to the back side of this statue where we went and you can see the views from there too .

Nice experience. Good place for trekking. Kids can't climb here. Take enough water bottle and snacks before climbing. Once you reach top. You will love it.

God place to go and sunset over the mountain, you can see fields, villages and busy roads. A whole different experience of a hilly area in the land of beaches and waterfalls. There is an entry fee of 150 per person, which is a lot for a place like this where roads are not maintained. Though it has many activities you can do there like rock climbing, rock garden, sunset point. However, the roads are quite steep uphill with rocks and loose dirt to throw you off the vehicle. They should maintain the road and at least inform beforehand that it would be difficult to ride vehicle uphill.

This is Buddha Statue in Paroda Village of Chandor approximately 10-15 km from Margao. Once u reach this place u have to pay 100 rs entry fee for Adult n 50 rs for Children. If u want to do trekking then this place is good u have to walk around 1.5 km however u can drive up since there are parking places. Once u reach at top u will have one of the best soothing view of Chandor Village and also you'll see the Peace from inner soul a white statue not big but peaceful. Worth travelling🤗

A great spot for family hiking, having a rough road climbing the hill. The road can be used for a four wheeler and two wheeler (although I would say it's risky in 2 wheels). They are a few points on the way to the top of the hill. 1. A step rock climb - incase of adventure. 2. Pandavas rock - about 75 m to 6 m . 3. Play ground- for sports. 4. Tents - for overnight stay. 5. Buddha statue. 6. Rock hill. 7. Highest point - but do note that the vegetation can block the view. They is an entry fee for each individual. Price at ₹150 per head. This is a very high price for the place and it's value.

An amazing mesmerising view from the hilltop, the huge white Buddha statue looks beautiful nd serene . The entry fee is 150rs , two ways to reach it by trekking or 1km walk uphill on rough uneven road, but worth the effort. Take water and umbrella if required. Would recommend to Wear shoes. Best time to visit is at sunrise or sunset. Must visit if you love mountains and scenic views.✌🏻

150/- per person entry fee.In summer you can take your cars or bikes to the top.In rainy season it's too risky to take cars and bikes. There are 5 activities 1- 76m BC Rock 2-Rock Climbing 3-Table Top Football ground 4-Camp 5-Buddha Statue (Amazing 180° view of surrounding)

The Statue is situated on very top of the hill. You have to trek/ walk 3 km on very slopy way which is not a road and a rock path. Don't go here if you don't want to waste your energy. If you are still interested go on evening time as it will have good view on evening and you will not faint due to heat. They charge 150rs PP god knows for what

After you buy your ticket to enter this place the road up to the Buddha statue is really bad. The view from up is good though. The statue is not as big as it looks, I was a bit disappointed about that.

  • 3/5 Sneha P. 2 years ago on Google
The view is fantastic but the walk up is terrible. We tried taking our car up but it kept on slipping on the rocks. Since they charge 150 per head to enter they can repair the road so the journey up the hill is smooth. I would recommend once a visit to this statue but it should be early morning or evening. Not in hot sun..

A beautiful experience after an I'll maintained access way to the top. The charges remain uncertain here... For some they charge ₹50 and for some even ₹150 is charged.. No proper regulation and also, no-one on the top just to help you out in case of any emergency may arise.... The place is spectacular and has breathtaking views. You'll definitely not regret the experience here.. Cons: not advised to drive Sedan to the top and also, so called SUVs like Brezza, Venue, etc.. you need proper 4x4 if you plan the climb. Couldn't witness any washrooms on the site.. Plan yourself accordingly.. Happy tripping. Love v.

This was very peaceful and cool place to visit in Goa, its located in Nagesh love forest and then you have to climb up with bikes with ruff roads to the top to go to statue. Slopes are good and even small or non geared bikes can go easily on top only last slope may be difficult for some but can do it, if you like adventure then you'll definitely love this ride. And once you are on top its just amazing!!!! View is great and place is very cool like we had visited it during summer time that to at 3PM and still we were not feeling the heat coz speed of wind was fast and very cool, youll see nice greenery, fields and mountains from top and that great feeling, also statue is maintained well. Ticket here is ₹150/- per head. Definitely must visit place if you love adventure travels or want to just see some beautiful mountains

Amazing experience at the hill top. Calm and very peaceful at the feet of lord Buddha. Hill view is a treat to the soul. Fees is bit high, should be reduced. Roads can be further improved. You get Complete off road driving and riding experience. Must visit place.
