Food was dreadful. Not fresh, pizza base was soggy which happens when you reheat frozen bases, crostini was thrown together on this hard round base, as I saw the chef do it, my child makes better at home. Calzone was absolutely disgusting, we couldn't eat it, cut through the pastry and it was a soggy mess. The only thing that was nice was the brie because it was bought in and deep fried so you can't go wrong there. The weirdest and most disappointing part was all of the food we got ,each dish was just tastless...everything tasted of nothing, bland food and definitely not worth the money. We left and went down stairs to the Centra and bought desert there. There is a garage s down the road that do sourdough pizzas and they are unreal. Top class and half the price. I will say though the waitress we had was so nice.

We went recently for a friend's birthday here. Where do I start? The menu was so inviting. The service was excellent- the lady serving our table (unfortunately I didnt get her name) couldn't do enough for us. We were made so welcome. Genuinely looking forward to our next visit.

This is simply a 5 star restaurant all day long. Great selection. Fantastic service. Lovely wine menu. Food cooked to perfection. Delightful atmosphere. Easy parking. And my favourite thing, the food is under priced. Having lived in Italy for 13 years I can tell you that the pasta is the best I have tried in Meath.

First time in a long time in La Bucca in Ratoath this evening. Service was top class. Food was fantastic. I ordered a scallop (with pork belly) starter that was one of the nicest dishes I've ever had! (one of the very times I've ever photographed my food before eating it)

Only new to the area so been trying everywhere out to see what is nice and whats not. This La Bucca place is definitely not nice Ordered a pizza which was frozen cold when I got it and my partner ordered spinach/ricotta tortellini which she said had no flavour. Chunky chips tasted like they were made from dirt, garlic bread had a smoky flavour and tasted nothing like garlic, it was also tiny, 5.50 for something about an inch in size. Few sauces came with what we ordered and they were disgusting. Garlic mayonnaise was flavourless. Would have saved time & effort if I bought frozen food from tesco and put it in the oven Staff weren’t bad but they didn’t have much to do

Party of 6 with a teenager and an infant (found a high chair as well). The staff was very kind and helpful. Great food with a short waiting time. Topped it off with a tasty Montepulciano.

We've been there twice, it was beautiful. Can't wait to go again. Wings flat breads and pizza are excellent, also the piri piri chicken was top notch. I'm not sure if it's fresh pasta. I haven't ordered it yet, high hopes though.
