tried
some
other
pizzerias
among
the
top
50,
I
can
attest
to
the
fact
that
I
Masanielli
is
the
best
pizzeria
in
the
world.
This
is
my
second
time
here,
and
I
say
that
as
a
person
who
doesn’t
even
eat
pork,
so
I’m
probably
missing
out
on
a
lot.
However,
futuro
di
marinara
and
5
consistenze
di
cipolla
are
probably
the
best
two
pizzas
I’ve
ever
tried
in
my
life.
The
futuro
di
marinara
is
like
a
salty
umami
drug
on
a
an
incredibly
soft
and
airy
yet
crispy
dough
(thanks
to
Francesco’s
innovative
triple-cooking
method).
Every
little
ingredient
is
of
the
finest
quality
and
sourced
from
the
best
place
in
the
world.
The
olives,
the
capers,
the
anchovies,
the
oregano,
and
the
tomatoes.
This
pizza
should
be
displayed
in
the
Uffizi
gallery.
The
onion
pizza
is
just
heavenly
onions
with
all
the
right
flavors,
cooking
methods,
and
textures.
Truly
innovative
and
extremely
delicious
creations.
I
just
dream
about
the
next
time
I
can
visit
Italy
so
that
I
can
make
the
pilgrimage
to
I
Masanielli.
It
is
indeed
some
of
the
finest,
most
delicious
food
I
have
ever
tried
in
my
life.
I
really
admire
Francesco
Martucci
for
his
innovative
creations,
his
commitment,
and
his
love
for
pizza.
I
am
really
looking
forward
to
what
recipes
he
will
create
in
the
future.

the
parmigiana.
But
of
course,
the
triple-cooked
marinara
and
the
onion
pizza
have
a
special
place
in
my
heart.
