This has got to be one of the best vegan restaurants I have ever visited, and I travel all over the world. The cream of tomato soup and vegan ceviche is unbeatable. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the gourmet level of presentation.

Oh so delicious and always a pleasure to be at a 100% plant based restaurant. I shared the ravioli and the Andean soup the first time I went. They were both yummy but the Andean soup was amazing. The second time I went we got the seitan and the fettuccini pesto. The pesto was a little bland but overall still happy. They make their pisco sours with pineapple as substitute to egg white which gives it a pleasant similarity to a piña colada.

Okay, I've waited too long to write this review. I've been in Cusco six nights, and I've enjoyed five excellent vegan meals at Chia. (I ate elsewhere one night just to see if all of Cusco was exceptional. My meal elsewhere was not.) I can't recommend the place highly enough. They are not offering some bland, vegan alternative to traditional Peruvian food. They are offering individual and exceptional dishes of great variety and flavor. I've enjoyed five different entrees, each one good enough to elicit a five star recommendation. Prices are low enough that I'm happy to return night after night. Price and selection make this a great stop for vegetarians traveling on a budget. Taste and presentation make this an appropriate stop for travelers of more means. You will not be disappointed! I've come early each night, and enjoyed two vegan pisco sours for the price of one each night for happy hour. The lunch special (I've not yet enjoyed) is only 15 soles. Bonus, they don't have people on the street accosting you as you walk by. After a few hours in Cusco, you will appreciate that! Forgive my poor photo. That's on me! The dessert was excellent!

Lovely vegan restaurant in Cusco close to San Blas. Had a great variety of vegan foods. Tried the pastas and they were flavorful. Wish the pesto fettuccine had vegetables though. They didn’t have any pizzas available when we went which made me think they’re good that they get sold out. Not sure. Staff was friendly and nice, caters to tourists and English speakers. Would come back.

This is certainly one of, if not the best vegan restaurant we have tried so far in Peru. Our server, Benedict was super friendly and explained that they closed for two years and relocated after the pandemic, reopening just under two weeks ago. Unfortunately this has affected their business as they used to be deservedly #1 on Happy Cow and TripAdvisor. We had the vegan sizzling grill which was a delicious combo of BBQ’d veggies, tofu and seitan. Perfect for two people or maybe 3 with an appetizer too. Highly recommend, the options were varied and different to the usual things you see on menus. There was ceviche, tacos, pasta, seitan saltado and really interesting desserts we were sadly too full to try!

Overpriced for the portion they give you. We were both still hungry after so had to go somewhere else to eat. These tacos were 36 each. Staff are nice though

Best vegan food I’ve ever had… incredible. And honestly, some of the best sushi I’ve ever had in general which blew my mind. The Andean sushi and mixed tacos and WOW, each bite was so fresh and filled with amazing flavor. 1000/10.

The dessert I had, mango ravioli, is beyond superlatives. It was sublime.
