Manicure - Decidi experimentar o MagiKhair por ver as críticas no Google e por ser relativamente próximo de casa. A primeira experiência foi incrível com a Simone. Senti-me muito bem tratada, não me magoou, as unhas ficaram incrivelmente bem pintadas. Por esta experiência, voltei a marcar para o mesmo salão. Quando estava a marcar disseram-me que não podia ser para a data que queria porque a menina ia estar de férias e eu pensei, ok, vou continuar a ser recebida pela mesma menina. Sem problema e marquei para 3 semanas depois. Durante este tempo, apenas uma unha partiu um cantinho. Na segunda vez que apareci fiquei a saber que a Simone já não trabalhava mais neste salão e fui atendida por outra menina. Até aqui tudo bem. Quando pedi que fosse retirado tamanho as minhas unhas senti logo um julgamento, porque as unhas "querem-se grandes" mas tudo bem. Aqui começou a diferenciar-se o serviço de uma menina para a outra. Ao remover o verniz gel com a lima senti queimar mais do que uma vez. No fim percebi que o verniz não ficou homogéneo, ok também escolhi uma cor difícil, no entanto pouco depois percebi que as minhas unhas estavam tipo papel. Hoje faz uma semana e 2 dias que arranjei as unhas e já estão todas partidas por terem ficado tão finas. Fiquei muito triste e desiludida com este serviço que tem um curto de 16€. Justo para o primeiro trabalho mas nada justo para o segundo. Ganharam uma cliente através das reviews e acabaram por perder com esta experiência.

I had such a horrible and bad experience here. I went there for a hairdye a month or two ago. My hair had balayage so there were some color remaining on my hair from balayage. A lady came and dyed my hair. After doing all the process and everything, they told me that we can’t dye all of your hair till the ends because you have black dye color on your hair. They tell me after doing all of the process and also took the money. It is such a reputable salon they should have examine my hair properly before and now i am left like a joker. My scalp is in brown dye and all of the lower length hair is golden. Will never ever go there

I tried to call them 3 times for reservations but they never picked up nor called me back Update: They informed me about their broken telephone when I was there directly. Their service was really good and I felt very comfortable there. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I have to point out is that their big brush which they use to brush the cut pieces of hair away from the face of the clients didn't feel clean and after I came home and showered I noticed that they missed to cut a part. That's why I only can give 4 of 5 stars. But one in all I really can recommend this place.

The friendliest staff there is. Fantastic advice. Rudy is a mega professional and Diogo is sweet. I loved everything and the result was wonderful!

It wasn't the first time I'd been to this salon, but it was definitely that day that I realized how spectacular the entire team was! I decided to donate my hair and do something radical. It wouldn't have been possible without this team, nor would it have been as wonderful! From simple details like asking me to choose a song for them to play (that way I would be more relaxed) to the incredible cut that Rudy made for me! Honestly, more than visually, this team was important to me emotionally! Everyone, everyone without exception made that incredible moment! Of course, he's my favorite hairdresser and I won't go to another one again! Just got back to get it cut shorter, amazing as always! Thank you very much to the whole team 💚
