There was an insect in our food we went back through the drive thru & told the employee. he remade the food but me personally why would I want it when there was insects in the one before it. so I asked for a refund on the whole order because we couldn’t even finish our food after seeing that & the customer service was so horrible & the general manager said I could not call anyone to report it because they’re restaurant is franchised if I could put zero stars I would.

Got plastic from the nacho cheese sauce packaging in my white ranch frieds steak burrito with no steak

While secret shopping this location I noticed the food was not made up to par. As I just purchased the same exact item that I purchased at the other Taco Bell down the street that was made correctly here. It was not I was also racial profile whilethout eating my food in the parking lot and recording me eating my food in my car without my permission which I reported. To the officials

I get to Taco Bell and I asked the lady to use the restroom and she said literally that she had to use the restroom first but I’m a paying customer let me use it first but no she’s complaining saying that she has a line of customers but she doesn’t even have anything. People here at Taco Bell loves to be entitled.

Nice employees, customized order came out correct, clean inside area and bathroom. Open parking lot however no music was on inside of the Taco Bell. Cool art pieces inside of the Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell is very close to my job so I frequent it a ton. I have to say, everytime I’m at the drive through window, i get the upmost care and concern with my order. Very good attitudes their items are cooked to perfection, never find myself biting at a burnt/undercooked piece. They make sure they get my order correct and ask for any sauces at the window in case I forget to order them at the machine. Overall this specific Taco Bell location has the best customer service, attitude, and food prep out of all the ones I’ve had so far. Management must be doing something right with who they hire

This Taco Bell location is the best Taco Bell food I've ever had. The food was hot and delicious. I liked everything that I got, but the grilled cheese burrito was my favorite. The tables were slightly dirty, but then again, they looked like they were understaffed that day. Overall, good experience.

Door say open at 9. Door is closed. Online it says it’s open. Tried at 9. Closed. Tried at 9:30z door is still closed. If only the drive trough is open the they should advertise so. Waste of my time
