The 3-star review is NOT for the doctors, Sanjeev Gupta and Jacob Parke, whom I'm very happy with. I give them five stars (*****). It's for their office operations/practices. They change the date and time of appointments at their whim. I booked an appointment w/ Dr Parke ON THEIR WEBSITE and rec'd a follow-up text/call letting me know "he's only at that location on Wednesday, not Thursday, the day you booked. We moved it to the same time on Wednesday." Fortunately, the new date and time did work for me. When I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my 10:30 appointment, I was told "my appointment was moved [again] to 9:45. Let me see if the doctor can see you." What?!?? I took a deep breath as I waited for the reply, and viola!, he was "still able to see me." This process of changing appt times does not work for me, especially since I'm still working. Just wanted to give the readers a heads up.

Despite that there was a mix up with my appointment, and although everyone was busy, I appreciated that they didn't turn me away, but fitted me into the doctor's schedule. Everyone, from the front desk, the admitting nurse Katie, and Dr. Gupta, were all friendly, concerned and accommodating to my needs. Amazing service and facility!

Barry is a patient of Dr H Gupta and she is a doctor that all doctors should aspire to. She takes time explaining whats going on and what she is doing to help you. Dr Gupta is professional, knowledgeable but most important caring. She really cares for her patients well being. I'm trully impressed with her. Also, the doctor is supported with a great staff. They all work together to make a strong team. I wish every doctor office was like them.

Waited two extra hours to be seen, Dr. Zeller looked at me was in and out, did not help at all or listen to my concerns. If your appointment is at 9, expect to be seen at 12:45. Would not recommend any friends or family here the entire office is disorganized. Would give 0 stars if I could

Wait more than an hour and a half. My appointment was at 3:00 p.m. m., now it's 4:35 and I'm still waiting.the dr zeller

My experience was exceptional! It was my first appointment , I filled out paperwork, was seen by the doctor and diagnosed all in approximately an hour and a half. I arrived at 8 am and was out the door at 9:20 am. The doctor knew exactly what was going on with me. When she read my symptoms, she did some evaluating test exercises and was quickly able to diagnose me.. I was very impressed, Dr. Gupta knows exactly what she is doing. I have already recommended her. I am very pleased with my new ENT! The whole staff is wonderful, they were polite, professional and efficient. My experience was excellent!

The amazing work of a specialist! It is so comforting to have a doctor like Dr Parke. Using effective diagnostics, Dt Parke was able to rule out something very scary for me. I am so grateful to have found him! 100% the best!

Dr. Hina Gupta has been my ENT for years. She is an amazing doctor that truly cares & takes her time with you to make sure that you get well!! She will go to the extreme to find out what is causing your illness & help you. I have lots of ear issues & sinus problems & she has went beyond to make sure every test gets done. Her & her assistant are wonderful individuals & they truly care about their patients!! I truly love her & was very blessed to find her!! I highly recommend her!!❤
