As of right now, I would say that the apartment complex is wonderful, and the staff is very pleasant, however, as of recent, there is an issue with the parking situation, it feels as though residents have been bringing in extra vehicles, This is causing an issue where no parking is available and people are now parking on the side of the “roadway” and blocking entrances. It would be nice to know if something is going to be done about this as I was under the assumption that vehicles would be towed in situations like these if they are not registered with the complex .

The apartment itself is perfect for our needs and on move in was in great condition. Our particular unit is we think, particularly nice and roomy for two. The office staff has been accommodating and patient as we adjusted. Parking is ample even if you arrive late at night, the neighbors are friendly and I especially like the dog friendly nature of the community.

It's comfortable and pretty. My complaint is related to the common areas others than the clubhouse, hallways and trash room that remain very very dirty. Pool hours until 7:00pm is very early, I arrive at home at 6PM then I am not avable to enjoy the pool. Security at the entrance door is very weak, Not all residents use the sticker. The main gate remains damaged frequently and also the elevator and they take long time to fix them.

The maintenance staff was always excellent. Constantly professional and timely, with a great attitude and willingness to help. Carlos, Domingo and the crew are all part of a fantastic team. Can’t thank them enough.

Great complex and solid gym. The main reason this is a enjoyable place to live is the staff. The in office personal are very friendly and maintenance is polite and fast. Domingo always helps us out whenever we have a problem. He is the best.

I want to thank the girls at the Office for their kindness in making my entry into the Amli Community easier. Anabel, Fabiana and Winy were very kind and respectful. The attention of Anabel and Fabiana were decisive for me to be able to rent in this wonderful Condominium. Thank you very much, you will always have an excellent recommendation from me. It’s a beautiful, fun community that is perfect for getting into or out of Miami. A gorgeous, peaceful property with a caring staff and thoughtfully laid out floor plans, close to parks and walking trails. So glad I chose to move here.
