Love the new location. It is a great place to work and connect with other local cyclists. Very homey environment. I would highly recommend passing by for all things cycling, bike services (Jose Frank is the best mechanic in town), delicious arepas, coffee and more. The Ziel weekly rides, the Women’s Wednesday rides and Günter’s coaching have helped me become a better cyclist!

I’m a Member of this cycling club 3 years in a row and with opening the new location everything just got even better. I recently had my bike serviced after a long ride (had issues with the tires), and Jose R. provided excellent customer service. The bike was repaired immediately and as long I was waiting I could enjoy an iced latte and some empanadas while watching the end of the Tour de France. Thank you for the always great service, this place feels like home!

Great spot to hang out and grab some coffee, do some work and enjoy their delicious empanadas. The service is great! Folks are super kind and welcoming. A must if you also love cycling and specifically PNS. You might just walk away with a new kit!

I ordered delivery and was extremely disappointed.Cold brew - Creamy and smooth with notes of malted chocolate and vanilla. Did not receive but instead a plain simple cold brew. Now the reason this upsets me is the price difference for their fancier version of cold brew it's $7.00 vs. $3.00 for a plain cold brew, which I didn't order but received and was charged for their fancier $7.00! cold brew. I then received a message saying that one of the empanadas and the Apple Fruit Danish were out of stock. Which I was cool with, but when my order arrived, I was expecting at least my chocolate croissant. Nope, instead, I received a burnt-up almond scone if it could be called that. And some broken macaroons. At least their beef empanada was made well - maybe you should stick to that! I also suggest improving your packing for delivery the cold brew that arrived had spilled all over my bag, clearly not secured correctly for traveling/delivery. Would I recommend ordering takeout/delivery from here? Absolutely not!

Ziel is more than a brick and mortar location, it’s a gateway into the amazing cycling community of South Florida. Their group rides are well orchestrated and being a club member is great way to meet like minded people. Gunter is one of the most stand up dudes in a sea of people looking to just sell you equipment. After a nasty accident left my bike with bent rims and other mechanical issues the shop was able to get my back back to like new condition in just one day even though they had a ton of bikes in queue already (even sending detailed images of every step in their work). The quality of any apparel is second to none and albeit a little on the higher end side, the price is worth it. Just note the sizes fit very small I am a small in regular clothing and a large in the cycling jerseys.
