Today was a great ending to a scary morning. I had a septic nightmare that resulted in sewage backup in my tub . I called at 8:30a and Bernardo was there by 10a to diagnose the problem. Where other companies would have tried to upsell me to have a complete drain field created, he was honest and showed me how a fix could be done. His cost was affordable and within an hour he was back with his team to get me up and running. They were personable and had a great manner. I would absolutely recommend again. I am grateful for the friend that recommended them in the first place.

If you are looking for a plumber, look no further and don't hesitate to call Cutler Bay Plumbing. They truly are a 24/7 plumber. Called them on Thursday night around 8:30 p.m. and was surprised when Bernard answered the phone after calling other so called 24/7 plumbers and having to leave a message or e-mail and not hear from them for days. My 15 year old gas tank water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I decided I wanted to change it out for a tankless unit. Bernard was very nice and answered all my questions and was the friendliest guy to talk to. I sent some pictures and was given a quote right away. let me tell you CB, plumping is not your ordinary plumber that charges an arm and a leg and your first born child for there services. You will not find a better down to earth price then with CB plumbing. George called the next morning and he explained and answered any other questions I had. He is also very easy to talk to. I said yes to his quote and he said he would order the tank from his supplier and that it would be here in three days. That was it! No deposit, nothing, just a good old fashion man to man agreement. Four days later and I have a brand new gas tankless water heater. Not just any water heater, but one of the best on the market, AO Smith rebranded "Takagi" nature gas tankless water heater. Just a note to anyone thinking of converting a gas tank to tankless water heater. These are essentially a luxury, and that being said comes with a price. But thanks to CB Plumbing that price is more than reasonable or about half the cost of all the other quotes that I got. A lot is involved with the conversion, but George has you covered. He will get a licensed electrician, which is part of the quote, do the gas line work, move the water pipes to the exterior of the house, and even patch up the hole with concrete when finished. I am so pleased with Cutler Bay Plumbing that I can't say enough good things about them. God bless them for there service to the everyday working person. They deserve 10 STARS. This Company is Awesome, My outside water faucet had broken in the evening and I had called many Company's because it stated that they were 24hr. Cutler Bay Plumbing was the only Company that responded. Ronaldo who was the plumber, was great. He was acute with his time and he was very fast with the repairs. Bernardo and his son are great. On Thanksgiving Day we had our plumbing back up. Bernardo was here in 15 minutes to handle the problem. The emergency/holiday charge was very reasonable which I think demonstrates his business ethics. I highly recommend them. ***update*** We had the same problem happen the next day and Bernardo came back out in 15 minutes, handled it and did not charge us. Amazing. Thank you.

Where do I even start? Bernardo and his team are awesome! I swapped from cast iron to brand new PVC sewer and water lines and they finished the job quickly and efficiently, I found them after searching for a plumbing company in my area and they did not disappoint. This is the second time we work with Bernardo/Cutler Bay Plumbing. He is a great person, honest, responsive, professional and committed to his work. First time he came out, several years ago we had a big septic repair. He was fast and fair in pricing. We had to call him again. This time, we thought we needed a pump out, he can out said a pump out would just be extra work and more money for us. He instead found a clog in the pipe that goes to septic. First, Cutler Bay Plumbing is highly recommended for any of your plumbing needs. In my case living in Cutler Bay my house had cast iron type of plumbing and they needed to be replaced after causing clogging and flooding problems. I called Cutler Bay plumbing and spoke to Bernie who explained the best way to replace the plumbing with minimum damage to the floor. The work was excellent, fast and very creative, leaving the bathrooms ready to be renovated. The bathrooms were renovated by Freddy who is highly recommended also and very professional focused on every detail to finish his work perfect and beautiful. I'm glad I called them to do the job, I trust them and I'm very happy with everything they fixed and recommended. Additional work done was replacing the water heater, this was an upgrade, and they installed a tankless gas heater that looks and works great. Lol their company van brake-checked me randomly in the middle of traffic on U.S.1 the morning of 10/17. The extremely amusing part is I'm not sure if he mistook my car for another, as I was simply minding my own business! Aside from brake-checking being an ignorant and totally backwards way of thinking in general, the fact that this not-so-bright individual was driving around a vehicle literally advertising your company all over it and conducting himself in this manner should raise some concern for y'all, and anyone considering them for work. If that's the way they behave in public, imagine what they might do in the privacy of your home (although luckily the customer they were en route to didn't have to wait for a delayed appointment due to someone's reckless driving causing a childish crash). All in all, it's a good thing I didn't end up hitting my obviously stressed out friend... you never know who has a dash cam these days ;)

Called Cutler Bay Plumbing because I received my replacement toilet seat from the manufacturer today, the day before Thanksgiving(yikes). The staff was able to have someone in the area come out today on short notice, remove and install the new bidet seat, and got the toilet flushing within the hour. I have one more thing to be grateful this year, great service from Cutler Bay Plumbing!
