Drive through is closed, homeless sleeping and hanging out behind bank in the drive through aria during business hours. Today I saw two sleeping on the ground in the drive through lane and three more sitting on guardrail, tried to get out that way but had to back up and go back around the bank because they would not move for me to get out. NOT SAFE!!

This by far is the worst bank branch I've ever been in. 40 minute wait in the teller line with two tellers. But in the management side they had six different people working the back. I wonder where their priorities are. The manager gave nothing but excuses. Many many people in line said they have gone through this before at this Branch stay away.

I am not sure why this branch is even open and allowed to operate when the employees are all RUDE & have no regards for anyone but themselves! This is by far the WORST BoA branch. The manager, Andrea, is condescending and lacks customer service skills. I took my business to Wells Fargo on Sample & University, which turned out to the a very wise decision.

Been here twice as I just started a job that’s close. One teller open during lunch on a Friday. Guess they saw me taking pics. Julson helped and was pleasant.

Bad branch. No Drive-in and very busy with a shortage of tellers. Insufficient parking lot.

I've never seen homeless people living behind the bank. And it's not a big bank so there's not a need for a large staff.theres no drive thru teller at a lot of bank of America locations anymore due to check fraud! And there's probably a lot of check fraud in Pompano Beach because there's a lot of homeless people in Pompano Beach. Fraudster s approach the homeless people and offer them money to cash other people's checks and they do it because they haven't eaten in days so they are desperate for money I know of one person who just got off probation after serving 4 years in prison for doing this. It's not located in the best area and that's why they have security all the time.

Gustavo is an amazing employee for the face of BoA. My husband and I went to another branch down the road and the woman had no idea what she was talking about. We went to Gustavo a few days later and he sat with us, listening intently and took care of EVERYTHING we needed to deal with. As someone who also works in customer service it was a relief to get to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about AND happy to help.

This is worst Bank of America. I went there to deposit cash with my florida driver license . i took 15 mins to talk with teller . and when i got to teller ,she didnt say hello , even didn't look at me . she kept talking with the other teller . And i said i 'd like to deposit , and i gave cash and id card . She said they can not accept to deposit with temporary id and It requried green card , working permit ..to deposit . I didnt understand it . Cause i go to "bank of america " every day to deposit with id card .and i have never heard this policy . the manager said the policy changed last december . What a stupid bank is it?

youve got 3 drive up lanes and never a teller insight only one lane open.. everyday its a freaking wait, ive been waiting now 3rd in line for over 15 minutes! been 3rd in line since i got here.. the wait is always long !! there are 3 cars behind me and either people are going to pull out of line or just get frustrated! get some damn help here for real the efficiency clearly sucks, and of those new remote teller ststions at other locations suck because you cannot make a deposit with deposit slip on be half of a company!! What is going on bank of america??.. after youve ripped off millions of good americans in this past and lead to the Great Recession your company just seems to get worse and worse for the client luckily I have chose not to personally bank with you and do not recommend you to anybody who would ever want to personally bank with you your bank gave me a 12000 dollar limit credit card when I was just 17 years old and had no job and no understanding of money either you people are terrible.

I put in 100 dollars cash and the ATM counted 60 dollars. The support number doesn't work and there's no one to talk to. I've been waiting for 20 minutes.

This bank is definitely one of the worst in customer service, managers pass by you at least 3 times and disappear without asking if they can help you with something, it’s very unprofessional how they pass by you and Don’t even look at you.

Bank is understaffed and unwilling to help customers unless you have an appointment. There is only 1 notary on site so good luck
