I
had
extremely
high
hopes
for
this
office
based
on
the
reviews,
so
I’m
a
little
sad
and
disappointed
by
the
lack
of
follow
through.
I
called
to
get
my
mother
scheduled
for
an
evaluation.
The
woman
asked
for
my
mother’s
name,
insurance
information,
DOB,
and
phone
number.
I
provided
her
with
everything
and
was
informed
my
mother
should
receive
a
call
in
about
48-72
hours,
as
they
needed
to
verify
her
benefits
first.
A
week
later,
and
no
call,
I
followed
up.
The
woman
I
spoke
with
said
she
was
out
of
the
office
the
day
I
initially
called
and
would
pass
my
message
on
to
the
person
who
filled
in
for
her
that
day.
My
information
was
taken,
and
I
was
told
I
would
hear
back
from
them.
Two
weeks
later,
still
no
follow
up.
Instead
of
calling
again
and
begging
someone
to
do
their
job,
I’ll
be
finding
another
physical
therapist
for
my
mom,
as
this
experience
has
left
me
unsure
if
she’ll
be
in
good
hands.
If
the
ball
gets
dropped
on
something
this
simple,
I’d
rather
send
her
elsewhere.
They
took
her
insurance
and
personal
information
just
to
do
nothing,
which
is
a
little
unnerving
during
a
time
when
identity
theft
is
so
common.

In
fairness,
I
would
like
to
update
my
review
to
reflect
that
my
mother
was
finally
contacted.
I
will
reserve
any
further
updates
until
after
her
appointment
to
accurately
reflect
the
entirety
of
her
experience.

completed

appointment
and
said
she
her
experience
was
wonderful,
so
I’ve
updated
my
review
to
reflect
as
such
