    If you come to Galatina you have to go to Moscara. Traditional southern Italian rostocceria. The best in town. A must try is rustico and fried Calzone. A true 5 stars

    Top of the class "rustici leccesi" (a puff pastry bechamel, mozzarella cheese and tomato cake), maybe you have to wait a bit but it's worth the wait! I rustici leccesi più buoni! Magari l'attesa è un po' troppo lunga, ma ne vale la pena!
