My friend took me to Austin's for my birthday. Would never go there again. First of all you don't get very much food for the price. The food was only okay at most. There is a very limited menu, and what I found online was different in items and much higher priced. Don't even serve bread or rolls while waiting for your food. Not worth the money.

Wont order from here again. Ordered the Prime Rib dip. Way over priced for what they say is Prime Rib but they played a bait and switch on it for Roast Beef. Definitely not the same and a Roast Beef sandwich isn't worth $17. The fries were horrible. Soggy and just gross. It's not hard to fry them so they are crispy. We were five minutes past the pickup time of 15 minutes but it is obvious they mad their fries earlier in the day and served us fries that had been sitting for a lot longer than 20 minutes. Asked for Ranch for the fries and didn't get it. They gave us Ketchup instead. We did not ask for Ketchup. Gave them a 2 because despite the issues the service was friendly and the flavor of the sandwich was good.

Food was delicious. I had walleye special and my wife had the french dip sandwich. Our first time dining here but will definitely be back.

This place surprised me! It was better than I expected. I ordered the crab stuffed shrimp with rice and broccoli. I also ordered a caesar salad. I was extremely hungry so. I would’ve ate anything but this place did not disappoint and was priced right. The only thing negative I’ll say is the rice seemed a tad bit old / hard.

I used to recommend this place all the time but not anymore. Out of 4 steaks only 1 was edible. Even with the waiter requesting the 3rd steak early trying to make sure it was medium rare and the line cook saying no it needs more time based on temperature. Which cause the steak to come out for the 3rd time well done. I had to request the bill leave and eat chipotle for my birthday dinner. The line cook couldn't figure out how to cook medium rare base on time or temperature.

Food is excellent! Lots of choices. Blackened grouper sandwich is my favorite. The coleslaw and sweet potato fries are sooo good. Desserts are also good. Dave is the best waiter ever! This is a must visit restaurant!

I was there before they were actually open but the staff was awesome. Good beers on tap and the food I did have was fantastic.

Had a delicious meal here while visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park. One of us had the Wood Grilled Salmon and one the brisket. Both were tasty as were the glasses of Cabernet. Service was good and atmosphere bustling, but nice.

Very solid neighborhood restaurant focused on steaks, ribs, prime rib on the weekends. Usually very good service. Fairly short but reasonably priced wine list with some nice wines.

Had dinner here and had the fish and chip and it was good. My husband had the stuffed crab scampi and the stuffing tasted like it came out of a box and had no crab. Not sure if we would go back!

Celebrated my birthday there. Everyone in my party of 8 ordered something different. Half the guests were happy, the other half....not! For the price, could be better. Waitress was "Luke warm" don't plan on going back.

Took the family for a special celebratory dinner. We had a great experience. The staff are amazing. Can't praise them enough. And food was ( as always) delicious. Due to the price point, we don't go to Austin's often. It is kept reserved for special occasions. I appreciate it all the more and have never been let down. Thank you, Austin 's.

I have been here several times. Very nice atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. Last time the steak was a little over done from what I ordered, but still was very good. This place is a little on the pricey side for dinner, but the lunch menu is price very well. I always enjoy the martinis!

Very enjoyable experience as always. Even better this time as our Server was amazing. Friendly, attentive and caring, she made our "date night" special.

I would go back to Austin's in Brecksville again for sure! Hostess Bri was very prompt and kind, our server Kevin was on top of all of his tables especially ours checking in on us at every opportunity, professional service with every courtesy possible, as I had a hard time choosing between all the options available. The food was delicious, even stayed for dessert. It was a Saturday night every table and even the bar was full when we came in but we still got seating if not a little before then right at our reservation time - no wait which is almost unheard of giving them time we got there. We even spoke with Phil the General Manager and what a nice guy, seemed like his staff enjoys working with him! Will definately return for sure! What a great place and loved the atmosphere!

I'm happy to report that my wife and I still love this restaurant! We made our first "post-covid" visit this weekend and it's just as good as ever! The steaks were absolute perfection and the sides finish everything well. Remember to leave room for dessert!

My mom and I dined here on a Tuesday, we did an early dinner. David was our server and he was great! The food was delicious. We had stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, I got the burger, and my mom got the steak that was $10 off for that day. We will be back again!
