Love shopping here,l go early in the morning, the young man at the deli counter is very nice and friendly. The rest of the staff is great.

Great place to shop. Nice and clean stores. It's not really crowded.

Great place to shop fast. The time I went, there were no crazy long lines. Clean location and fresh fruit and veggies.

Produce is always fresh. The cashiers are always nice and professional.

It's OK. Traffic sucks but if you need to hit one of the stores in there it's alright.

Store appears to be clean and organized. The 2 cash registers that were open ways moving super slow at first, but did pick-up after 5-7 minutes of standing in one place.

Fruits and vegetables aren't the freshest. The young cashier took my form of payment and proceeded to check out the next customer. I ended up packing my own groceries. The cashier wasn't trained properly

I went to return an item and possibly see if they had something else I could get but the sales associate was so upset acting that I was returning item that I just got my money back and left.

Nice size store but not always the best price. Some...customer service emplees are not very friendly 😢

The Marc's pharmacy has the best staff there. Great service.

My first time there it was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't crowded and the store was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I noticed the workers are helpful too fellow workers so 🤷 alot of team work. Keep up the awesome work 👏 this company will thrive.

Spacious inside. Plenty parking space. Clean inside and friendly workers.

I love all Marc's and the hardworking Solon manager gentleman. The front return service desk make long-time employee use rude, unfriendly unhelpful. Not Customer service. Appears terminally miserable and bothered. Not true of customer service at Sagamore or Aurora which is very good. Still find great deals and selection, but miss certain cultural ethnic choices at each different store. Solon needs more Kosher and beef choices. Deli options have been quite more limited, maybe due to COVID. Make sure Deli staff is properly trained before doing solo shifts. Hiring shortages noticeable. Get Regular Cooper cheese too! Hope some prices go down a bit on former bargains. Love Deals area.

Shop at Marc's a lot. On this occasion, the cashier went above and beyond. She saw I only had batteries. The lady she just rang out had a large amount of groceries to bag up. The cashier logged out of her register, went around to the empty register next to her, logged in, and rang me up, then went back to hers. All in an effort to speed things up since only 2 lines were open.

Got in and out with no problem finding what I needed and check out was fast
