Had the small English breakfast, was very delicious and even got a free tea or coffee with it. Very friendly staff and dog 🐕 friendly too, they even gave Oscar a free sausage chopped up.

Popped in with a local car club. Darren introduced himself. He was lovely to chat to. Brilliant host and genuinely all round down to earth guy. Popped back the following day with the wife to watch a local band. Brilliant atmosphere. Just a real good vibe throughout the whole venue. Will defo become a regular haunt of mine.

What a wonderful gem this place is! Went for a walk to the falls and fancied some food, found this little place by chance and we are so glad we did! The food is to a really high standard, portion size huge! Staff were all lovely and really friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough. Dogs welcome too which was a huge bonus for us! Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone and will certainly be returning.

We turned up as walk-ins, and although they were very busy, we were made to feel very welcome. Great food, great choice, great atmosphere and very good prices... highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely brilliant. Took the dogs for a walk along the local canal, lots to see locally. Went into the cafe, which has a large carpark and is dog friendly for the full English. We had the vegan breakfast and the large normal breakfast, and the food is plentiful and very good. The server brought the dogs a cut up sausage when she came to take the order. There is plenty of room inside and a disabled ramp next to the steps. Happy dogs, happy owners. Can't go wrong.

Lovely little cafe. Very nice interior and service, generous portions at a reasonable price. Haven't really got anything to complain about.

1st time going definitely will be going again The egg benedict was the best iv ever had. Really friendly and great with my 1 year old boy highly recommended love the look of the place also relaxing, All staff made us feel comfortable even the owner introduced himself and went above and beyond for us really down to earth people and made sure we had everything we wanted definitely going to be my new go to for breakfast

The Ranch restaurant in Resolven undoubtedly provides an exceptional dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the helpful and friendly staff. The atmosphere was inviting, with an open fire and extensive Christmas decorations that added to the cozy and comfortable ambiance. The standout feature of my visit to The Ranch restaurant was undoubtedly the delicious food. The Sunday dinner I had was hands down the best I've ever had while dining out. The food had a real home cooked taste, indicating the huge effort that had been put into its preparation. Every bite felt like a comforting and delightful experience. The service at The Ranch restaurant was top-notch. The staff were attentive and made sure that every need was met throughout the meal. Their helpfulness added to the overall positive experience, making me feel well taken care of and ensuring that I enjoyed my time there. Additionally, the spacious building provided a pleasant and enjoyable dining environment. The combination of the welcoming atmosphere, open fire, and lovely decorations created a warm and inviting space to enjoy a meal. I require a Gluten Free diet, and The Ranch catered for my requirements perfectly and the GF gravy was very good. Just had our first sunday roast here. Wow. The portions were epic - service great - veggies lovely. And the beef… i could have cut that with a plastic spoon it was that tender. Absolutely stunning and thoroughly recommended. Book though - it’s popular for a reason!

Brilliant stop for a full cooked breakfast 😋 will definitely be back to try the evening meal. Good vegitarian options.
