Open 24 HOURS. The air conditioning seems better than when it was Gulf Coast gym. The membership options are unique. I’ve never seen it before. This is It a great feature ❗️ You can choose to come in for one day for $12. Maybe you’re a vacation. or maybe you just wanna try it out for a few days to see if you like it. They have the right plan for you. You can a weekly pass for only $25. If you’re a local resident like myself, you may choose the monthly option. The monthly option is only $40 a month. then if you just here for the winter, how perfect is this. There’s no yearly contract just the three options. So if you live up north and you leave for the summer. You just don’t pay for those couple months. No cancellation fees. Very unique❗️lLove the concept. It’s such a delight to work out here. Something about me. I don’t know who owns this gym. I it is the think the girl I talk when I came to check it out, but I’m not sure. I have no affiliation with the gym. I am a senior citizen that lives in Cape Coral who used to go to the old Gulf coast fitness. located in downtown Cape Coral right across from the McDonald’s restaurant . That was before hurricane Ian destroyed the place. After the hurricane the place they had to get it, replaced the roof and rebuild it. Now it is so fresh because we built it and they have the new roof. It looks like lots of new equipment and some flooring. I mean there’s some older things there, but by and large it is all new. It’s just so pleasant to have a gym to go that is close to my house. And their options‼️ I really hope that we can keep this business going. We lost our DYI ice cream yogurt place because it wasn’t supported by the community. We can’t afford to do that to our small businesses. we can’t have just condominiums in big corporations in our downtown. Let’s all chip in and do our part to keep our town the best place in Florida, and that small town feel. know something about me. I don’t know who owns this place. Since hurricane Ian I’ve gotten fat and lazy. My joints hurt. My back hurts, and I’m not a strong I have not gone to the gym because everything is either too expensive are too far away. I didn’t want to sign up for $600 for the gym close to us, not knowing whether or not I would go. anyways, this is not a bias if you buy a family member just buy a happy old lady 👵

Great gym! Clean, staff is kind and personable but not distracting. Always just enough people in the gym and no conflicts for machines. Plenty of plates, barbells, benches, cables, dumbbells and plate machines. Music playlist is also really good and not tired.

I’ve been to a number of gyms in the area and this is by far the best. This is a family owned and operated gym and has everything and more for every athlete or demographic with 24/7 access and multiple locations. They also offer classes, nutrition plans, and personalized training with CrossFit, Olympic lifting, etc. are kid friendly and best of all it won’t break the bank! Hope to see you around.

I am a new member at the gym. I have to say the gym is great. It’s always clean, especially the locker rooms. Has great amenities. Weights are always stacked and clean. The 24hr access with Bluetooth entry is absolutely great.

Holy cow! What a gym! Wish I had this back home! A great mix of old school equipment and CrossFit. And fantastic I can bring my son to workout too. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and everything else about this gym. Great job owners! Folks, you can’t go wrong going here! 5 stars!

Such an easy and quick sign up experience. Great, family owned gym with a wide variety of equipment and very clean. Whether you're traveling and just dropping in or need a consistent place to exercise, this gym is perfect.

Literally just finished my 1st workout here and I loved it. It's a serious gym with a family feel to it. It's super clean and well maintained. The employees were nice and welcoming. The people who were working out seemed focused and glad to be there. Lot's of great equipment from crossfit and freeweights to exercise machines and cardio (they have arc trainers which I love). All the equipment was heavy duty and well maintained. This is not a fancy nightclub style gym with 10 ppl waiting to do the same exercise and I love that. Can't wait to come back for my next workout.

I really like this gym, I've been working out here for a few months now. It's clean, open 24/7 and has everything I need; Including bumper plates and areas for dead lifting. The owners actually workout which is a plus in my book and they are slowly updating and upgrading the gym, which I appreciate. High five to them and best of luck!

I dropped in for a week from out of town and really enjoyed the facilities. The gym is kept clean, there is plenty of equipment, and the staff was all very welcoming. The 24 hour access is a great perk as well!

This place is exactly what I needed! It’s big and clean and has all the equipment I need in a gym. I love that they have tons of mirrors and space to do different activities. I feel safe with the keypad lock especially with it being open 24/7. The staff is beyond amazing!! It’s worth the drive over the bridge from Fort Myers. I miss the Hammerhead on FMB and always will but this is a great upgrade!

Have a cute gym dog who’s very friendly, will come and say hi, and he/she is so adorable. Clean, comfortable couches, nice locker room and clean bathrooms/showers. Water stations and if you wanna buy some liquids you can. Love the joint!

Hammerhead is definitely the best gym in the area. The staff is super friendly and the environment is great. Can’t beat the prices and it has 24-7 access. Great selection of machines and free weights. Definitely check them out!
