    The hotel rooms were very nice and clean and service was pretty good. When we ate breakfast however there seemed to be one older lady every morning who worked it. She wasn't very kind to people and got mad over little mistakes. I would say overall it was good, however I wish the breakfast server was a bit nicer.

    Today was our third WW meeting at this site and the third time the air conditioner has not worked, leaving us sweltering in the meeting room. All three times WW staff say they have been told we have to wait for maintenance and today heard that maintenance doesn't come in until 10 am. Our meeting begins at 8:30 am. We were told by the very nice front desk clerk that if anyone has touched the thermostat, it knocks it off line and has to be reset by maintenance. There has to be a better way. It is to the point where I don't know if I can continue to attend meetings. We are all upset. Your response below is less than satisfactory. Sending me to fill out a long form is not great business. I completed it but don't hold out much hope. I will be calling them today.

    All of the staff was just great. They took very good care of us and made sure we got what we needed as best they could. The beds were very uncomfortable. Both of them sagged in the middle. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. I talked to the manager and he apologized and said something about mattress replacements being planned for the fall. In the mean time, God help the spring and summer visitors!! The dinner was pretty good and breakfast was OK, also. I would definitely return to this hotel after they replace their mattresses.

    This hotel was CLEAN. The service was excellent. Specifically, I would like to compliment and brag on Mrs. D. She is one of the employees who serves breakfast in the mornings. I came down before breakfast was officially ready, because I had to leave early. Another man and I were greeted by her with joy and kindness. She already had breakfast out. She went the extra mile and re-filled my drink. I also saw her placing napkins on peoples tables (including mine) as they ate. Mrs. D made my stay excellent. I will be back to this hotel. My room was superbly clean. The layout of the room was wonderful and spacious.

    People are amazing! Great service, extremely helpful. Great rooms, very clean and roomy. Good location close to shopping and plenty of places to eat. The staff is what makes this place great.

    Employees were very friendly and nice. Room was spacious but very outdated. Stains all over walls and furniture. Old mattresses. Sheets came off of one of the beds, it was covered in stains. Sofa bed was horrible. Sofa bed needs to be replaced. It was very old, dirty, and stained. Sheet on sofa bed had hairs on it.

    This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and nice and the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. We loved being here and enjoyed our stay very much!

    I booked a room through my Hilton Honors account. Using points and money I was sent a confirmation for $205 using a credit card. I later added a credit card on file for incidentals. They billed that card for incidentals for the whole room charge AND billed me $292.10. When I sent a Contact Us request for the correct card to be billed and the difference be refunded - THEY BILLED ME ANOTHER $143.75. NO ONE HAS EMAILED ME OR CALLED ME. I was trying to resolve this without filing FRAUD charges with my bank; but obviously the staff at this location is not HILTON trained.

    Needed a room because a neighboring Hilton property had canceled and sold our rooms after we used the Hilton App to check in. It was 1am. We tried this property and was told that they do not sell rooms at this hour due to night audits. We were a party of nine needing rooms. I have NEVER experienced this anywhere, ever. Highly recommend going ANYWHERE else!

    Unfortunately a bad experience, from the moment we enter the second floor I could smell a probably dirty carpet on our way to the room. Inside the room same bad smell, bed sheets and pillowcases were probably not changed, they had a weird smell and found some hair on the bed. Found an insect which I think is the one that bit my wife. There’s a refrigerator inside the room that made noise all night long. Sorry but I won’t recommend this place.

    Breakfast staff was very unpleasant. Food was bad with limited choices. Waffles were only offered on weekends as well. Hot tub was green with the outside lights flickering all night by the pool. Just run down location with unfriendly staff.
