manager
shortly
after
posting
this
review.
She
was
very
kind
and
helpful
explaining
the
miscommunications
and
need
for
staffed
to
be
additionally
trained.
She
also
confirmed
maintenance
will
be
made
on
the
saunas/equipment
early
next
week.
Also
helped
me
get
reset
in
the
Brivopass
system.
Thankful
for
her
help
and
hope
they
continue
to
improve
their
experience
for
other
members!
I
wish
there
was
an
option
to
rate
less
than
1
star
because
this
location
truly
deserves
zero.
Iāve
been
a
Hotworx
member
for
7
years
and
joined
this
location
in
2020.
Their
customer
service
is
terrible.
Do
not
join
this
location.
They
donāt
call
back,
they
have
no
clue
how
to
help
you
when
youāre
in
person,
but
they
have
no
problem
taking
money.
My
friend
surprised
me
for
my
birthday
in
September
2023
by
adding
a
gift
card
amount
to
my
account
to
use
towards
future
membership
dues.
They
allowed
her
to
pay
but
wonāt
let
me
use
the
actual
balance.
Itās
now
been
5
months
that
$150
was
taken
and
not
applied.
I
tried
to
use
it
in-person
to
buy
swag/accessories
but
the
front
desk
attendant
couldnāt
figure
out
how
to
ring
up
items.
After
45
mins
of
my
time
wasted
she
decided
I
should
put
everything
back
and
go
when
the
owner
was
there.
The
owner
is
basically
never
there
and
has
odd
hours
to
try
to
meet
someone
who
works
a
9-5.
I
then
called
mid-December
to
upgrade
my
account
to
āsweat
everywhereā
so
I
could
use
another
location
during
my
Christmas
travel.
The
staffer
who
I
talked
to
was
pleasant
and
said
sheād
use
the
credit
to
upgrade
meā¦
finally
it
worked!
However
on
January
3rd
they
texted
me
that
my
monthly
dues
were
overdue
and
to
call
to
make
payment.
Thereās
still
the
credit
in
my
account
and
2
valid
credit
cards
on
file.
I
called
immediately
to
sort
it
out.
The
staffer
had
a
huge
attitude.
She
told
me
sheād
have
to
check
with
her
manager
if
she
could
apply
the
credit
to
dues.
I
said
thatās
fine
and
if
not
just
charge
one
of
my
cards.
She
said
sheād
call
me
back.
Itās
Saturday
now,
she
never
called
back.
I
tried
calling
every
day
this
week
and
the
phone
just
rings
and
rings.
Hereās
the
problem,
Iāve
been
using
my
membership
all
week
(at
a
new
location
because
Cinco
Ranch
is
terrible,
more
on
that
later)
and
today
my
door
code
doesnāt
work
and
neither
does
my
Brivopass.
I
was
able
to
book
sessions
and
theyāre
in
the
app
but
I
canāt
get
in.
Iām
beyond
annoyed
with
this
locationās
1)
lack
of
competency
2)
customer
service
3)
lack
of
care
for
their
studio.
This
studio
is
the
worst
Iāve
ever
been
too.
At
least
one
of
the
HIIT
machines
is
always
broken,
the
saunaās
themselves
have
missing/broken
pieces
of
the
wood,
and
theyāre
not
cleaned
regularly.
This
owner
clearly
does
not
care
about
her
business
nor
her
reputation.

Itās
a
shame,
I
really
enjoy
Hotworx
but
Iām
going
to
have
to
go
in-person
today
to
talk
to
someone
who
again
will
āhave
to
talk
to
their
managerā
so
I
can
cancel
my
membership
and
change
to
the
better
location
in
my
area.
Avoid
this
location
at
all
costs.
